Flynn Pest Control

Have used Flynn for the last few years for things like carpenter ants and mosquitoes. They know their stuff and their service professionals are timely and courteous. They always come to the door to let you know what they are going to be doing and give you any instructions like shutting windows, etc. I highly recommend them for all your pest control needs.

Have used Mr. Biggins and his Son several times over the years and can‘t ask for better service. on time every time and never have a problem after they leave. what ever the problem is get it resolved the first time every time.

Such a disappointment. I was referred to Flynn by Mr. Biggins (the owner of Biggins Exterminating Co.), I had a scheduled appt with Flynn to come out for our yellow jackets issue. But it was canceled the day of the appt, because of the rain. They told me for best results to wait for a sunny day to see where they are flying in and out of. In which, I agreed. 5 days later on a sunny day, the yellow jackets were EVERYWHERE, and we have found them in the house previously. So, I wouldn’t be surprised if I found some in the house again on this day. And since I have 2 small children, I thought it was important to call them. Also, I never got a call back from them to reschedule (as I was told they would). I received a call from the owner few hours after I left a voicemail. I TRIED to tell him my situation and that we had a scheduled appt. He right off the bat blamed me for canceling the original appt! He then told me it would be $ 300 MORE than original price to have one of his guys to come out «off hour». I felt like he could have cared less about my situation and just wanted my money. He was cutting me off on the phone every time I was explaining what’s happening. As if, it was my fault that Mother Nature decided to rain 4 days and that the first sunny day happened to be off hour for you! In my opinion, if you want a happy customer, you should have had an employee on stand-​by, knowing you had a customer waiting for service WHENEVER it’s sunny out.
