I have been going here a few years, and one of the nicest conveniences is that I can place the order online and pick it up in the store. ***NOTE: look for online discount codes. If you’re doing in-​store pickup, there’s no need to worry about «free shipping» codes, but you can get $$$ off your order based on the total.
Today, I used a $ 25 off code that I found from a Google search, which beat the discount code Advance had on its corporate web site.
I generally like to buy my own parts & then have the mechanic (s) do the labor. I was going to order off eBay, but the coupon made this well worth my while, without waiting for shipping. (Plus, if it’s wrong, I can take it back!)
The staff can be hit or miss. Sometimes they’re super friendly and helpful, other times they’re just trying to get through their day. No matter which Advance I go to (this location most frequently), I like the ease of borrowing their code reader if your check-​engine light comes on, then you can print the codes & what they mean in the store.

I’m a girly girl. I know nothing about cars either than put gas in it and go. As I grew tired of hearing my wipers screech across my window, I stopped in to get new wiper blades. All I had to do was tell the Associate my car make, model, and year and he grabbed the appropriate wiper blades and put them in free if charge! It was all under $ 20, which included a bag of Combos I couldn’t resist.
