Absolutely the worst fast food place around … Service is always bad… Food cold … Hey Burger King Corp !!! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!

Just say no to this Burger King! The wait is long in the drive thru — unnecessarily long. I ordered the Whopper Meal. The fries were not hot and the sandwich was not neatly prepared. I thought since they were taking so long I would have a quality burger and fries, but that was not the case.

Customer service is very slow. Drive though took laterally 9 minutes to microwave me a 10 pc chicken nuggets.
At the time the price for 10 piece was about $ 1.59. The next day I looked at my credit statement and noticed the dude charged me $ 17! Either he pocketed the money or he charged me for the food for the guy that was ahead of me.
I called them and the manager was nice but she said she can’t refund me and referred me to contact their corporate office. I called their corporate office who never picked up or returned my call.
I would not recommend this place at all. They don’t even confirm your order, they have no respect and they don’t know what they are doing period!

Terrible, slow, and rude service. Only go as a last resort. Better fast food options where my meal will not be cold when I get it…

If I could give negative stars I would. This Burger King needs to be dethroned. I am so tired of them messing up orders, forgetting food, and pathetic quality and service. The food cold, missing items and just a pathetic looking burger. I get working in the food industry that saving Food cost with specials like the 5 for 4 is difficult but short changing customers will lead to s decline of customers returning even for a branded company like Burger King. The young lady at the window was friendly but she informed me that all my food was in the bag and correct. I should have known better and checked but taking her word after waiting almost 17 min from ordering to receiving food I was ready to get out of line. Sigh check my bag when I get home all my food cold and food missing not even worth the drive back out.

Slow. This is supposed to be fast food and I am writing this review while waiting in the drive through. Need to improve.

First off I have not eaten at burger kind in over ten years. I was always a McDonald’s person mainly because of the dollar menu. But today I wanted to give the king a try. I first would like to point out this is soley based on the drive through as I didn’t go inside. I placed my order and went up to the window. I ordered two chicken sandwich and two small fries. I figured this is simple and impossible to get wrong or mess up. I paid and verified and off I went. I get home and dig in. First thought was this food is not good… not good at all. The chicken tasted old and without any kind of flavor. I don’t know how they managed to make a chicken sandwich taste so bad. There may have been something wrong with the mayo used which added to the artful taste but either way I now remember why it’s been over ten years since I ate at burger King. Now just when I think things can’t get worse they do! I taste the fries and there stale. Not only are they stale they are also without flavor. How this happened I will never know but I learned my lesson. I still ate the food but only cause I was starving and there was nothing else at my house.

This place is terrible always dirty they use products on your sandwiches that are hours past the holding times all the do is change the hold stickers. The kitchen employees do not always wear gloves or wash hands like they are supposed to. All together the health department needs to shut them down

The wait time is always long and they never get the order right. I came once and they didn’t put cheese on the sandwich and didn’t give me a drink. I’m in line now and I’ve had to give the food back twice. The first order was completely wrong and even after telling them it still wasn’t right. The workers are rude as hell. There is another Burger King right down the street. If you just have to have their food please go to the other location. Trust me you will be completely disappointed with this location.

Initially this place was getting one star. I walked into the bathroom to wash my hands and the urinal was overflowing onto the floor. The lobby was filthy… windows, tables, floors.etc. I heard the young male manager, whom apparently just started his shift, ask a few employees who was responsible for the dining area. Like most young, fast food workers, everyone passed the blame onto someone else and nothing was being done about it.
What impressed me and what saved this review, was the manager. He politely trained a new employee on proper cleaning and sanitation. While helping clean up, he answered numerous questions and addressed concerns from patrons without missing a beat. He did a great job!
When I finished my lunch, the dining area was in much better condition. BK has a great employee here.

If I could give a negative 1 – 5 stars, it would be –5.
This BK is absolutely terrible. On more than 2 occasions I have went there to order some of the simplest items that should just be ready made to order. But it always looks as if there is no food prepared at all.
Strike 1: I went to order my younger cousin a number 1. And it is absolutely slow, mind you (aka NO 1 in or out placing orders). It took the cashier like 7 – 10 minutes before she came to take my order. Long story short I had to wait for my number 1 to be made… WTF…There is no one in sight, meaning… you should at least have a number 1 ready.
Strike 2: A BK Veggie is not often ordered I take it, because it took them 10 – 15 minutes for them to get that order to me. (But gave them a bit of a pass since I may be the only 1 to order that sandwich)
Strike 3: I order the 20 pc. nugget for my younger brother. Get to the drive-​thru window and it takes the drive-​thru person 10 minutes before they take my payment, and then another 10 before I get the 20 nuggets. Double WTF’ery O_​o!!!

Like everyone knows, Burger King is a Chain Fast Food Restaurant and in my opinion much better than McDonald’s or Wendy’s!!!
I walked in the lobby at 9:28pm the doors were locked (supposed to lock at 10pm) it took cashier 5 min to figure how to unlock doors!!! I placed my To-​Go order whopper Jr Meal I had to ask cashier to hand me the Cup, I paid for small mango smoothies, after cashier charged me she said we are out of Mango for past two days (she didn’t even bother to say SORRY)!!! It’s like it was my fault! Well after long time to get my meal my french fries were cold cold cold I tossed it out! It was really a big inconvenience to me the entire order! I will keep it in mind not to use them again!
