I have 4 days until I’m done with my bachelor’s degree, one huge project left to do, and what happens? My baby kicks my laptop on the floor. I was freaking out. I contacted Brandon in the evening and he was so kind as to attend to my problem almost immediately. He fixed my computer within a matter of hours. I can’t recommend Brandon McGrath and Ace Technologies enough. He seriously saved my butt and prevented a total meltdown.
If you have computer problems, Brandon is definitely the guy to call. He responds quickly, is kind, professional, and handles things in a more than timely manner.

Brandon called before his appt time to let me know he was running late. He gave an estimate of when he would be here and met that time. No one seems to understand that responsibility.
He was able to remove my virus’s and advise me on what I need to do to maintain my system. He was quick, thorough and explained the best way to access Pinterest. My online addiction!

I cannot say enough ‘thank you’s’ to Brandon McGrath from Ace Technology Services. He found a way to not only save a GRIP of my files from my old hard drive, but got my computer back to me in record time so I could get back on track.
