In December, 2012 I decided it was time to replace my desk top computer with something new. I am self taught and use my computer to operate my small business from my home. I arranged for set up with the company when the computer arrived. I soon learned that I needed more help for day to day operations. I contacted the company several times for more assistance with no success .They wanted more paperwork and work orders and I was getting nothing done. I then contacted the technician who referred me to Hi Tech Consulting. The owner, Nick Stafford, called me immediately to set up an appointment. I needed help with the Out Look calender system and connecting my new wireless fax machine. Nick was confident, professional and easily solved my problems. He also suggested I install the Last Pass system which has been very helpful as I have too many passwords to remember at any given time. He is patient about answering all of my questions and is a good teacher when I am trying something new. Every time I need assistance of course I call High Tech again. Nick is able to come soon after I call and also charges a fair and reasonable fee. He helped me straightened out some difficulties with my old documents and installed an external hard drive to save and protect my confidential files which is extremely important for my company. I have since recommended his company to other business contacts and would highly recommend him to friends and family as well.
