Last Wednesday I contracted Celtic Inspection Services on our home that was built in 2006. Glen Farnsworth was on time and did a complete and thorough inspection inside and outside of our home. I did not expect any problems and there were no problems that needed immediate attention. Glen did show me a problem with one of our Gas Heaters that will need attention and also outside where landscape mounding will cause a future problem. Glen was fast, detailed and best yet took the time to show and explain his findings. He also gave me a timeline and recommendations on when to get these future problems corrected. I would highly recommend Celtic for home and pest inspections. Glen has earned my trust and loyalty!

My wife and I were very happy with Celtic Inspections. Phil and Glenn did an excellent job inspecting a prospective property and explaining to us what the findings were at the time of the inspection. Glenn did our pest inspection when we purchased our home in 2012. I distinctly remember his customer service because upon exiting the crawlspace, some mud was tracked onto the carpet. Instead of hemming and hawing around the issue, he ran to the store and grabbed some carpet cleaner and took care of the cleanup without any complaints or even being requested to do so.
Along with his service, his inspection was very thorough and he explained all the aspects of the inspection very well. I highly recommend Glenn for any inspection you are considering.
