Extreme expertise, concern for you as a patient, high-​tech testing which takes almost no time and has no side effects (he doesn’t use the out-​dated pupil dilation). Excellent about knowing your insurance and reminds you of coverage so you get the most out of your insurance.
Have been with him over 10 years and would not change a thing. It will be tramatic for me when he retires!

What stands out about Dr. Cochrane is that he loves his job. From that flows everything else that’s great about his office. It’s always been a great experience for my family. I recommend anyone and everyone to his offices.

Dr. Cochrane is a great Eye Doc! I been w/​him for years!

I took my daughter (3 years old) to Dr. Cochrane for a second opinion after receiving a diagnosis and prescription for astigmatism from another doctor last year. Dr. Cochrane conducted a much more thorough examination and explained his diagnosis (which matched our previous) in layman’s terms which made me feel more comfortable with the results.
He explained that she is farsighted (which accounts for why she needs glasses but can also see the birds and airplanes in the sky as she always does); something that her previous doctor left out despite my expressed concerns. He used an autorefractor to determine her prescription, and took digital retinal photos.
Most importantly, he had excellent bedside manner and staff that was knowledgeable as well as warm and welcoming. They adjusted her old glasses free of charge, and were just as accommodating when we returned the next day for another adjustment.
We are so pleased to have finally found a doctor we can trust.

Dr. Terance Cochrane has been my eye doctor for 15 continuous years now (I did see him as a teenager before moving out of state in the early 90’s). His service has been consistent and efficient every time. He stays on top of new advances in eye treatment and is his own patient and an early adopter as well. We both had Lasik done to our eyes in 2000 (it was hard to argue against Lasik if your own doctor is doing it!). His staff is all friendly and there is a complete eye wear center on site. His office also seems to be flexible with insurance carriers — mine has changed about 4 times in the last 5 years and he has accepted them all.

Appointment was awesome! Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Terance. He gave me the option of choosing which contact I like best by giving me two different brands of contacts and then told me to decide which one I liked. Also he was very informative, quick, and easy. He also told me he could refer me to a Lasik eye surgery center when I was ready.
His staff is very professional, helpful, and nice. Along with a beautiful office.
The location is right off the freeway and easy to find with directions given from staff.
Highly recommend seeing Dr. Terance for your next eye exam.

Dealt with various optometrists over my lifetime and I have to say that Dr. Cochrane has been the best, Very professional and takes time to ask what it is you need from the visit. He has all the updated gadgets needed to give you the kind of eye care you want and need. Staff is very friendly and patient. Woohoo! As good as it gets!
