I’ve been to this new location several times now. Each time I have been helped right away, and I love that the monitors greet me as I drive in.
I bought my car last year when they were at the old location, this new building puts the other one to shame. The downstairs waiting area is nicely decorated and always has refreshments on hand. Granola bars, coffee, teas. The upstairs area has a full on coffee bar where there is a nice person to make a latte or capaccino. They also have rounds baked goods in the morning.
Bonus for me this new location is closer to my work.
Today I came in to have them check the tires since I had a warning light that one was showing low pressure. I didn’t have an appointment, but they were able to work on it right away and get me back on the road in about 45 min.
I’ve always had a great experience with the team here in the service department.
If anyone is in the market for a new or used car definitely come see the team here. They take care of you and not being on commission they are s no pressure way to shop.

This review is for the sales team at Dolan Lexus. I went in to look for a new car for myself. My brother and I were looking at a used IS 250, when out of the blue, two Lexus goons run up to us as if we were about to steal the car, and in a very rude voice, asked «Can we help you?» I stated that I was looking for a car and was browsing. «I’m sorry, we won’t have anything here for you» was the reply of one of them. Granted, I am in my early 20’s, but I do have a career as well as enough resources for a Lexus, or anything my heart desires. Angered and shocked that I was just singled out for my young appearance, especially in front of my teenage brother, we got into our truck and left, goons watching and all.
Apparently, people have to have a certain appearance to even look at anything on this lot. Will defiantly steer clear of this or any other Dolan dealership. Dealers in either Rural Nevada or even California are better than this!
