Absolutely the worst, most incompetent title company I have ever dealt with. Delayed closing by a week, lost signed documents, points fault at everybody else, and cowardly refuses to answer phone calls when called out on what a failure they are. I wouldn’t recommend this company for my worst enemy. Kim Fulton is an absolute, incompetent train wreck who’s clients come last. Please save yourself a nightmare, and use any other title company than first centennial.
