After some confusion on order … this company and the NINJA that delivered went above and beyond to make everything right. The confusion was in part because I wanted a large order delivered in less then 24 hours. They called me to verify store … and while purchasing items called once for clarification. When delivered it was as I ordered. with one exception store was out of. I will use again in future (with a little more advance order).

Honestly although these guys seem silly, they get the work done! Don’t be distracted by their «NINJA TACTICS» because they do the job right for the best price in town! Reno has yet to come across a solid grocery delivery service but they found a niche for this market… Prompt! Detailed! Quality produce and meat! If you are in need of a grocery delivery service I would for sure recommend Ninja Couriers.
