I’ve been seeing Dr. Hayes and Dr. Krouse for over 15 years. They are both great doctors. They are never pushing $$ products and treatments.

I have been going to Dr. Krause for about 10 years. I have eczema and about twice a year it flairs up to the point where nothing will work on it, usually in the spring and fall. Dr. Krause gives me a Kenalog shot with no problem. I have gone to urgent care, paid $ 200 and the «doctor» there didn’t «believe» in Kenalog so I went away still suffering. If you have ever had eczema you know what I am talking about. It can drive you crazy!
Dr. Krause has always been friendly, professional and helpful. He is not touchy feely, but I appreciate that. He makes sure I have the proper dose based on past treatments and does not waste my time with chit chat or an inquisition about steroids.
The person talking about her boyfriend almost dying needs to get a grip! If it was as bad as she says, she should have called 911! If you have symptoms so bad that you can’t sleep… go to the emergency room no matter what the cost is! Just sayin!

This place deserves no stars. The most unprofessional Doctor is Dr. Krause. Actually he is the worst doctor I’ve ever met. This review might be kind of gross but I have to share. My boyfriend was his patient and Dr Krause prescribed him «medicine» No big deal he takes half of what this doctor prescribed him. Couple hours go by my boyfriend all of a sudden starts sweating buckets and his heart beat gets crazy high. We didn’t do anything about it just went to bed or I went to bed and he kept waking me up saying he’s nauseous and dizzy, his head was ready to explode it hurt so bad and he’s still sweating uncontrollably. The night goes by I had to get up for work blah blah blah when I get back I find him puking his guts out nonstop which he said started as soon as I left for work and he just kept getting worse and worse still hasn’t stopped puking not only that his mouth swelled up, he started convulsing and dazing in and out of consciousness. His concentration was completely gone he needed medical help. This wasn’t food poisoning nor the flu. In fact he hasn’t even eaten since he took that pill Dr Krause prescribed. I started calling the office because normally there’s an emergency line even when office is closed but there wasn’t. So anyone that goes to this place and ever has a problem you’re screwed this office doesn’t care enough to have an emergency line. The problem was my boyfriend weighs double of me and I couldn’t pick him up nor could he walk to the car at that point to even go to emergency room and calling ambulance is only gonna leave us with a bill we can’t afford and I know Dr Krause wouldn’t pay 911 bill. Thank God my mother went to medical school long time ago so I had to call her wake her up middle of the night, at least she cared enough to drive all the way to my house to help my boyfriend who’s dying in front of my eyes and I don’t know how to help him he was severely allergic to this medication. I thank God again for my mother who knew what to do. I started reading about this medication and its a very strong stuff with really bad side effects which dr Krause didn’t bother to inform us about and then I found about overdose symptoms and I realized that this is exactly what’s happening and was shocked to see how severe this medicine was although doctor said it was good for him like vitamin. Then I went online and found out that this medication was actually banned years ago why would he prescribe it??? Day later on Monday I finally got a hold of the Dr’s assistant who wanted him to come in right away which was ironic because before it took a month to even get an appointment. Thanks doctor but it was a day too late. We went anyway to confront him 3 days later that’s how long it took for my bf to gain enough strength to even get out of bed but what a waste of time. Not only was the doctor useless with any information but only showed us attitude and refused to answer any questions we had. Denied any responsibility and come to find out when we requested our own copy of his blood results which was taken prior to picking up medicine it clearly showed that because of some high levels he shouldn’t even be starting this medication in the first place and when confronted about it dr Krause just denied any accountability and literally ran out of the room like a scared little puppy leaving his 19 yr old assistant to deal with the situation but it was not her place. Like I said the most unprofessional person let alone a doctor this incident could’ve killed my boyfriend. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It’s bad enough people go there with skin problems you shouldn’t have your health at risk due to doctor negligence and malpractice!!!

I am very impressed with the staff and Dr Steve. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. I mistakenly showed up an hour late for my appointment. No problem at all. They were super nice and got me right in anyway. I feel all my concerns were addressed and I was given a very thorough exam. Six stars!

The office staff was friendly, & for my 1^st visit, I didn’t have to fill out a lot of forms. I only waited about 15 minutes & Dr. Krause was friendly, thorough & efficient. I was very pleased.

40 minute wait times PAST my appointment times are insane and insulting. If I make the effort to be on time, the doctor should as well. It’s called professionalism.
All in I waited for over an hour for an appointment that Dr. Krause gave about 5 minutes to. There was NO EXAM of my skin, which really is what I thought a dermatologist was for. Instead I got 5 minutes of condescension directed at me, some back biting comments about the sort of soap I use, and I recommendation to use lye based products. 1950 called, your advice is out of date. Then, to top it all off, I felt rushed out the door, and paid $ 69 for the honor of waiting around. Not going back there again.
