Hot Dog on a Stick is my favorite place to eat at the mall, The worker(Kai) making the hot dogs was very nice and respectful.

This review is solely on my experience with their fresh lemonade. I get it every time I go to the Meadowood Mall. That isn’t very often, but I honestly do not miss an opportunity when I am there. Today we actually had lunch elsewhere in the Food Court(I am gluten intolerant, so unfortunately I cannot eat at Hot Dog on a Stick) but got our lemonades here. We then spent a few hours at the mall and got another round for the road. ;) It always reminds me of the lemonade you get at special events around town. Super tasty and refreshing. The service is always good, too.

I did receive an apology from the corporate office and two coupons for free items. I was told the manager would contact me and issue a refund. Neither ever occurred. The coupons did not cover the amount that I should have been refunded. Save yourself the agony and eat somewhere else.

This is comming from my son because I really try to refrain from fried food. He says that his corn dog was super yummy. He actually ordered two. I like their lemonade. Especially during the summer it’s really refreshing. The girls up front seemed a little irritated, but if that were my job, I would be too!

I’ve never had a problem here so I don’t understand why it’s getting such bad reviews. The prices are ok and the food is pretty good. Their lemonade is delicious!

If i could put zero stars i would. Do not go! Served me a raw corn dog when I was 6m pregnant! I contacted corporate they did nothing. Very poor service and lack of cleanliness. I ordered a corn dog and a minute later the lady said it was ready, even i know you cant cook a FROZEN corn dog in one minute(it takes 3). Not only was the batter still runny but the hot dog inside was also ice cold/frozen.

Excellent Lemonade! Corn Dogs are… well Corn Dogs. It is a simple place, that can put a smile on a kids face with a cord dog. For adults in the mall it is a nice break from soda to get a Lemonade. I didn’t see the kids working there ignoring anyone, service was quick. I would almost go to four stars but since the founder died something seems a little different.

I’ve yet to give a one star review; sadly today is the day. I was in the Meadowood Mall with family and my mother, who was in a wheelchair from an accident, and was craving a corndog. The food court had just opened, it was around 11 o’clock in the morning, therefore it was pretty empty. After waiting for about 10 minutes without being served, along with another potential customer, my mother wheeled back to our seats. We had already gotten our food from the other places in the court and my mother had been very patient. «This is enough,» I thought and walked over to the Hot Dog on a Stick. I was going to try and use the«kill them with kindness» method. Unfortunately that doesn’t go over too well with teenagers, especially ones that are a partial owner of the company. The only reason I know this is because I had waited so long(about 10 – 15 minutes) for her to appear I read the useless pamphlet on the counter. She took the order, put the corndog in the deep fryer and escaped to the back yet again, probably to text her boyfriend, or whatever she was doing. I will never visit again, especially knowing they will be earning additional pay from my purchase. Worst customer service ever. BOOO!

My sister came up to Reno to visit, and on her way back to the airport we decided to stop at the food court to get a bite to eat [ since the only DQ is inside the mall!]. My mom was craving a fresh corn dog at the time & she had just recently had knee surgery, so we wanted to get her whatever she wanted. She wheeled up to Hot Dog on a Stick, and there was an employee behind the counter that looked at my mom, and then proceeded to walk into the back, completely ignoring my injured mom. Then my mom wheeled back to us at our table, to give the worker some time, then she wheeled back to Hot Dog on a Stick hoping that the girl was ready to serve her. Once again, the girl completely ignored my disabled mom, which really got my mom mad. My mom waited there for 10 minutes, then she came back ONCEAGAIN to our table. By this time, my sister took it upon herself to order for my mom and the girl was VERYRUDE to my sister. She seemed like she was WAY too busy for ANY customers, and that we didn’t deserve her time. She had a very bad attitude and made us NEVER want to go there again. She didn’t greet any of us, never said thank you and just walked off. VERYBADSERVICE.
