I love this location. I went here for backpacks. I know that’s weird since it’s a shoe store but I knew from previous trips inside they sold Jansport. It was crazy busy back to school but they still had a great selection. I was in and out very quick once my girls made up their mind on which ones they wanted. Staff was polite and very helpful. I now need four more backpacks(for other people the ones I bought are still perfect) and will be returning here, maybe getting some new kicks while I’m there. Great service.

Store had exactly the item I was looking for, and staff was super helpful and engaging. Even though I’m not their target market I plan on shopping here again.

I was surprised by how awesome the employees are here! In my day long search for kids Birkenstocks this is the first store to offer to call other stores and order them for me. I tend to shop local over chain, after the hell I went through at Becks and the proper fit I will always head right to journey’s. They didn’t have what I wanted but they were willing to find it for me. They also sold me a pair of sonuks and a vans tee. I’m happy!

For a girl with a shoe addiction(okay okay I have a SHOPPING addiction) this place is very dangerous. I bought my little man some DCs. At first finding him a pair of shoes was difficult because they were all out of his size(my only complaint) the guy had to go back and get us shoes like 5 times. He was a team player and I was extremely impressed with all of the employees customer service. The store itself is pretty small so it was pretty cramped, but for the space they have, they do well with the upkeep with the displays and the shoes themselves. I ALMOST bought myself these super cute/sexy black lacey pumps… I was soooo tempted. It didn’t help that a few customers and employees were egging me on to buy them. Sadly and thankfully I put the shoes back, however I’m 99% I’ll be back for them.

Went in here today after being at about six different places in town looking for a new pair of skate shoes. Always a chore, as I’m a 13 wide and usually have to wind up going mail order, but it’s getting cold outside, and I was over all the duct tape! There was an extremely attractive blond saleswoman that hooked me up from start to finish… I mentioned I was looking for anything available in a 13 wide, and she had about 4 different boxes out on the floor in about 10 seconds. Good customer service like that is getting really hard to find these days, especially in a shoe store, of all places. In and out very quick, no drama, no attempted unnecessary upselling. No particular sales going on at the time, but I noticed that the price tags on most of the shoes here seemed to be a good $ 7-$ 16 cheaper on the average than Zumiez, Buckle, Tillys, and PacSun. Definitely recommend.
