This place is amazing! Three different Apricot Sours, on tap and Brewed in house… Oh My! They don’t serve food but you’re welcome to bring food in or have it delivered there. Awesome crowd, super friendly, made new friends. Bart, one of the owners, and Cheryl are amazing, really knowable and so kind! Prices are great too! If you dig local spots this is it! I can’t wait to go back! What a gem! Super fun and super chill! :0)

My bf, his brother, and I first tried IMBIB’s cream soda at the Need 2 Speed Unilocal event. They had two delicious flavors to try, which did the trick to wanting more. They do local events and I got an invite on FB for one. They were having a special sour event, which I went to with the boys. Sour beers are all the rage right now. I definitely enjoy them, but they are an acquired taste. They change what is on tap all the time. You can tell that they put a lot of time and effort into the brewing each craft beer. I can’t wait to go back and see what is on tap. :)

Went back today and tried all 14 beers. These guys know how to make great beer. The three barrel aged beers were fantastic. The two sours were exactly what you want from a sour. The double red rye and the double IPA were exceptional. This is quickly becoming my favorite brewery in Reno. Keep up the great brewing imbīb!

I dedicate this review to Southpark. Walking into this place(an old warehouse, btw) reminded me of Buckbean. The moment you walk through the door you are met with the site of an open, unfinished space, filled mostly with beer brewing equipment; along with the stench of brewing beer. I knew this was going to be a cool place to hang out in for a while. There is a large bar for tasting and plenty of seating available for hanging out. If you don’t want ‘good’ beer, there is wine available. If you get a chance to stop by, you should do that and try some of their wine barrel aged beer. Note, that this is a brewery with no food service of their own, but they are happy to help you order food from other places close by to be delivered to their brewery. And finally: «I am overwhelmed, sometimes I don’t know what I’ve gotten myself into, but now everyone relies on my Unilocal reviews and I don’t want to let anyone down.» — Gerald Broflovski

We went here after tasting their cream soda at the Need 2 Speed Unilocal event. I loved the interior and signage at this place, it’s really modern and fits what I picture a local brewery to look like. They were having a special event so all of the beers they had on tap happened to be sour. I’m not a huge fan of sour beers but you can tell they put a lot of time and effort into the brewing. Overall this is a great place to grab a beer or two with friends and I will definitely be going back!

Tried the Crème Soda and Coconut Lime Sodas today at a Unilocal Event. Both were fantastic with the Coconut Lime having the edge. It’s nice to have a unique soda, and I would definitely buy a 6 pack of each in bottles!

I went here for the first time last Friday, and I’ve asked my husband every day if we can go back. We ended up there accidentally on the way to Renown(husband’s job), and it was a beautiful, beautiful accident. First of all, the atmosphere is cool, industrial-chic. They had a local craftsman make the bar, stools, tables, etc., and they are beautiful(they paid him in beer!). It’s a place perfect to meet your buddies for an after work drink or to sit and read a book while you beverage. The beer is excellent. We tried probably five of the 12 they had on tap and each was a delicate(and successful) balance of hops and malt, sweet and bitter, clean and lingering. They also have a nice variety of beers, as opposed to some of the other locations in town that may focus on a specific type. They fill growlers and half-growlers, and even will give you what’s called a «crowler.» It’s a 32oz. can that you can recycle when you’re done with it(filled like a growler, not already filled). Those are free, the glass growlers cost moolah. Definitely a lot of options for taking the beer with you. Staff was friendly and willing to chat about the location, their plans, and the beers. They offer $ 2 tasters, and are more than happy to give you a sip if you want to try a beer before you commit to a pint. I’m thrilled about all of the awesome new beer places opening up in Reno, and this is definitely one of my favorites of the bunch.

Dare I say best brewery in town? There’s a lot of competition but if Imbib keeps it up I think they’ll take the crown. When we went they had 11 beers on taps and our group sampled 6. Very impressed with variety of beer styles. You can have easy drinking lawnmower beer or aged and funky beer plus everything in between. Kudos and I hope they continue with a large variety that is also consistently good.

I am use to craft breweries who gladly give you a few samplings before you select. Well, that was not the case here, although the bartender reluctantly let me have a very small taste of one beer. With craft beers, I want to have an idea that I will like it. Their craft beer is a bit on the pricier side, also. I didn’t have any complaint about the one beer I had. I probably won’t return unless they lighten up on the tasters.

I liked the place. I liked the openness of the brewery. We tasted more than a few of the beers they had on tap and liked them all. We were on our way to listen to music downtown so, we got a crowler to go. It was my first one so, it was a pretty neat experience. Everyone was happy to have and serve us.

This is a hidden gem! I had no idea this place was around until a friend mentioned we should stop by and check it out. Wow, talk about some amazing and unique beers. I was only there for about an hour but I was able to try 3 different beers and I will be back for more! I started off with the cucumber — key lime beer which was light, fresh and has just enough cucumber taste then I moved onto a saison which was again, light and delicious. After that, I had a cherry beer which was a sour and it was really good as well. I did not have a bad beer. Inside is a rustic feel, a great sign made by distressed wood with IMBIB lighted up. There are plenty of tables with high bar stools and big barrels with seating as well as a Foosball table. The ambiance inside is casual and quiet. The bartenders are super cool and will let you try anything if you want. They also have Growlers available in 32oz and 64oz so you have options! I will definitely be back to try more beers, this place was awesome and I love that it is off the beaten path!

I’m from LA and have been looking for a place that has sours, which is hard to find. They had three sours, I loved the apricot and cherry. We got a growler to take home and will definitely fill it up every time we’re on Reno!

This is the easily the best beer in Reno. They have a season sour Brett bear that’s amazing. Their currant beer is deli delicious and flavorful as well. Whatever your taste is, their list is unique and each beer is impressive in its own way. Its still a new place, so they’re still developing the atmosphere. Overall, I love this place.

I really liked this place! I don’t drink beer so I am always wary about going to breweries with a group of friends but IMBIB had two great choices for wine so I had something to drink and didn’t have to sit there twiddling my thumbs! The inside had a really nice ambiance and their furniture is amazing! I would love to know where they got their bar tables. I am interested to see if they utilize the back part of the building-it looked very large and would be a killer event space. I hope they venture into making some ciders as well!

Stopped by last weekend check this place out. Not too excited by the ultra modern logo or the stucco exterior of the building. Once inside, whole different atmosphere. Great, comfortable tasting area. They have snacks, friendly, attentive and(gasp!) KNOWLEDGEABLE staff! Unlike a lot of new breweries, these guys are definitely focused on the beer. The Apricot Berliner Weisse had to be the high point for me, although I sure enjoyed the others(I didn’t try all 16, but I got through at least 10) which were all style appropriate and tasty. No off flavors whatsoever. I know they’re not going to want to hear this, but that IPA they almost certainly begrudgingly brewed(they clearly lean towards sours, and bravo I say) is the best I’ve had in town. Deliciously well balanced. Keep up the good work, guys!

June 27, 2015 Saturday at 1:15PM for drinks 2 adults Atmosphere — 5 stars Drinks — 5 stars Service — 5 stars Background — Grand Opening today. Another brewery in Reno, Reno is on the map with all these quality places. Atmosphere — An old warehouse with a lot open space. Even with the open space the place can get loud. I had a hard time talking to my wife who sat across from me. I did love the space, just need to dampen the noise and it would be perfect. The classic beer related patent prints are awesome. Love beer history! Drinks — 15 beers on tap, their beers! Wow very impressive. I had the Oat Stout and the IPA. I am an IPA guy but the stout stood out to me. A great mix of beers here, lot of barrel aging going on here. Service — It was the grand opening and the staff was working. Future — Yeah, did you have to ask? Well I guess you did not ask.
