The best thing going for this location is convenience. There’s not much else out on this stretch of road and to the residents who live out in this neck of the woods, something is better than nothing. I would not get gas here, they definitely charge a premium. In that regard, this location is a «desperate situation» solution only. Prices inside the store are also grossly inflated. But that’s fairly standard with most convenience stores. You’re better off getting a fountain drink than one from one of the coolers, there’s some food and munchies but nothing that really stands out. However, they have a handy redbox here which is what we are generally here for. It’s also the closest retail location to my house and the convenience is unbeatable. I really do wish more businesses would build out here. But, in the meantime, this will do.

I’ve stopped by here a few times. Sometimes I’m looking for someone or directions, other times to get gas or a snack. In general I’ve found the staff very friendly and helpful. Like most Jackson’s, I feel like the gas is priced a little high compared to the rest of the region. The store has a pretty good selection for a mini-mart type store and it’s laid out well compared to similar businesses. Plenty of snacks, beverages, some automotive goods and the usual sundries that you’d need to stock a bathroom or treat a headache. The location is rather convenient, just off of highway 395 or just before it depending upon your perspective. The store is open 24 hours a day. Additional features include: Diesel, Propane, Quest Card, RedBox Video, Fuelman and Slot Machines.
