I read and reread the reviews and i’ve got to say I did not have an excellent experience. I ordered a medium pepperoni, mushroom, and extra cheese and some hot wings via their mobile app. When I arrived I wasn’t greeted for about four minutes even though there were three girls behind the counter and only one was on the phone. I would not say the service was friendly. The pizza was tasteless, the sauce sweet and without any spice, and the hot wings were not hot and were soggy, not crispy. With so many options in Reno, i’ll drive into town for excellent pizza and wings and forgo Pizza Factory.

pizza good, service by teens without supervision was … meh. No utensils at salad bar an hour before closing, ice cream machine«broken». Got the distinct feeling that staff cleaned and restocked early so they could leave early. Not a good idea to let teenagers run your business!

Awesome as it comes! I love the fresh ingredients and the hand tossed crust. The only thing I would suggest to anyone when ordering pizza there is to ask for less sauce as the cheese slid off, but what the heck the cheese was good to.

Good salad bar, good pizza, and how can you beat free ice cream cones for 4 boys! Friendly staff and good old fashioned video games — fun way to spend a little quality time with the boys.

Have had good pizza from pizza factory in the past. But yesterday it was bad– sauce tasted like plain tomato paste — no seasoning and crust was tough, chewy. Disappointed.

Super great food, awesome staff!!! Best pizza in town! I highly recommend it. Plus, you get a free ice cream cone, what more could you ask for ??

Lunch buffet pizza is always old and not a lot of variety. Seems like they care more about the bottom line than the customer’s options.

I am super impressed with the young ladies that work here. Very attentive, kind, thoughtful and awesome! Although no gluten free pizzas, they got very creative with what my daughter ate. Pizza was good with a ton of toppings. Well done you guys!

I am always pleasantly surprised with how delicious this place is. I’ve had their pizza, wings, bread sticks, and garlic chips and all of them have been so good. We just ordered our 10th order I think from them and it got here in about 35 min after ordering. Also, they are one of the only places that deliver to cold springs! If you’re considering trying them, just do it! They make some wonderful pizza!!!

Friendly staff, delicious food and they had no problem with us redeeming a groupon. Love that they have all sizes of Pizzas and a variety of pastas and other goodies. They even offer free ice cream with any food purchase!

This place is not bad. I’m usually there for lunch and for the most part it’s pretty consistent. Today however, they were totally out of pizza when I walked in. I ended up having to get a couple plates of salad. Kind of disappointing for a pizza joint to not be able to dish out the pizza for lunch. Another thing I notice is their pizza for lunch buffet differs from their regular pizza. My place of work orders a lot of pizza and the biggest difference I see is that on pepperoni pizzas they pile on pepperoni on regular orders, but for lunch there’s not nearly as much pepperoni. Other than that this place is good.

Best pizza in town! I tried most of them and when I want the best quality this is where I go. Pricey but I always find a coupon or use the promo on Groupon which is why I can give 5 stars.

We had a groupon about a month ago that we decided to use and get an idea of what their pizza was like. The night we chose was a Friday, and were amazed at the amount of people crammed into their small dining area. Apparently there was a baseball team there that took up a large portion of the tables. Were managed to find a seat and ordered pizza and wings and beer. Surprisingly the pizza was not bad. Being from Chicago, I didn’t expect much, but was pleasantly surprised. While it was no where near Chicago pizza, it had a taste of it’s own. The crust was okay, as well as the sauce, but I have to say they used fresh vegetables on our pizza which I liked. There are many places here in Reno that seem to be afraid of cheese. Why when I order a pizza do they throw a few shreds on it. I love cheese and I guess I am used to lots of it as Chicago uses more than is legal I think… lol. Anyway Pizza factory put plenty of cheese on their pizza and kept the family happy. They also had a soft serve ice cream machine free to paying customers. Love ice cream, so I tried it too. Yummy is all that’s needed. Real Ice Cream not frozen ice milk… wow… Overall I give the a C Plus. Still missing Chicago pizza but at least I don’t have to spend hours making my own. I can run here and have a pretty good one.

We just moved in down the street from this place, and we’ve been here twice in the past couple of weeks. O.M.G! HOWHAVEWENOTKNOWNABOUTTHISPLACEHAVINGBEENINSTEADFORALMOSTTWOYEARS??? This is a little gem of a place, I tell you what! The pizza is pretty damn good. It’s not that greasy, oily stuff from Dominos or Round Table. This is pizza-oven baked awesome! While their list of «official» pizzas is small, they are varied and great, and of course you can make your own list of ingredients, too. If you go to their website, you can download(and print) a coupon to get an XL for the price a L … or to get an XL with $ 3 off … which is not as good as the $ 4 off you’d get from the L pricing, so that’s silly. The date on the coupons says April of 2014, but they’ll still take the coupons. But, aside the pizza being pretty darn good(it’s not the best I’ve ever had, but they certainly don’t cheat on the ingredients and it’s really tasty), they have something else going for them that puts them leagues ahead of any other pizza joint in Reno. In fact, just about any place in Reno. Yeah, that’s right. HOTWINGS! Dear me oh my. Their hot wings are absolutely incredible. Hands down the BEST wings I’ve ever had in this town, and second only to some wings I had in Florida. I love wings. Wings are my jam. And the Pizza Factory plays my jam really, REALLY well! Apparently they also have BBQ wings, and Sriracha wings, but admittedly I haven’t had any of those … and I probably never will unless somebody else orders them and I have a taste. I just can’t get over their normal hot wings. They’re different than any other ones I’ve had, and even spicier than I prefer … but the flavor is frickin’ sweet. So sweet. Mmmmm Sorry, I have to go … I need to go call them up to make a couple orders. Tonight … I dine like a KING!

June 29, 2014 Sunday — dinner 4:15PM 2 adults and a child Atmosphere — 4 stars Food — 4 stars Service — 4 stars Background — I have a livingsocial deal and needed to try my local pizza place. Atmosphere — Not much has changed from when it was Red Rock Pizza. We were the only ones dining room. We sat at a high top table; the problem with it was that it spun. Having a kid at the table did not help that issue as she wanted twirl in her stool that was designed to spin and held the table to spin her chair. Of course the table went with her.
Food Drinks — Coke from the fountain machine. Appetizer — none My Main Course — I ordered a large 14″ meat lovers pizza that which they call the Wolf Pack. Solid amount of meat on it, the problem was the meat wanted to escape. There was no cheese on top as a binder. The large flat pieces off meat, pepperoni and Canadian bacon, wanted to slide of the cheese and sauce. The sausage and cubed ham want to jump off of the pepperoni and Canadian bacon. Dessert — none. Service — The only real interaction was when I walked up the counter to place my order. As we sat there we watched the drivers come and go for delivery service, clearly their main business. The drivers should not be using the same door as the customer going through the dining area to get to their vehicles. Future — Yeah, maybe for take-out.
