If i could give this place 5 stars down I would. Shitty experience dealing with this particular Pizza Hut. I Received the wrong pizza. I asked the staff that I Wanted to speak to the manager in regards of it and other matters and had to wait over 8 minutes to be told that he was too busy. WTF?! Waste of money and my time. Save your cash and your time by going somewhere else.

I was hungry and wings sounded pretty good. I ordered the $ 8 wing and salad combo. The girl looks at me like, what. I pointed at the menu and said that’s what I want. She was frustrated because I didn’t order pizza. She asks 2 other people that work there. They said. We don’t do that anymore. I left without ordering anything. Lucky me probably. This was really crappy. It was staring me right in the face. SMH. #lemmonvalleypizzahutsucks

We have ordered pizza from here before and it was good. However this time the pizza was awful. It tasted like a frozen pizza. The cheese was flavorless and the crust was so hard you could hardly chew it. Completely awful.

The absolute worst customer service from any Pizza Hut — ever. PLACEDONLINEORDER: Monday, March 28th, 2016 at 5:20PM DELIVERYTIME: 5:50PM CALLEDIN: 6:20PM The male that answered the phone says this: «I tried calling the number provided a few times and didn’t get an answer» «Due to the weather, your location is currently outside of our delivery range» 1. NO one called my iPhone. NO one left a voicemail to notify me. He must’ve assumed that I owned some 1980’s cell phone that couldn’t tell me if I had missed calls or not. 2. We live 1.4 miles(4 minutes) away from this pizza hut! Outside of «delivery range»? That’s gotta be a joke. *I ordered delivery because I have two young children, and it was too cold to take them out. It’s pretty cheesy for someone to lie about calling another’s cell phone. Lazy workers to say the least. ***Same thing happened with my sister-in-law who lives down the street. She ordered a few months back and they claimed to have called her to notify her of cancellation — never did. Must be tradition at this location.

Worst Pizza Hut ever. For some reason we keep ordering from them, but no more of this! — the pizza is always cold when delivered and twice has been undercooked and doughy in the middle. — they have forgotten our drinks twice– by the time they finally deliver it, the pizza is even colder than it was when delivered… — I have ordered extra sauce and the delivery guy claimed it was in the box when it wasn’t I can say that the delivery ladies are nice. The one guy we had was a liar. Ugh… So disappointed in you pizza hut, I’m not usually a complainer but the problems are never ending and just seem to be getting worse. I love pizza but really it’s not even worth it to order from you anymore because I’m always disappointed…

We have ordered from here a couple times since it opened, the pizza is usually mediocre at best, but it’s Pizza Hut so you have an idea of what to expect. I do not recommend the Cheesy Bite Pizza, it was over cooked and looks absolutely nothing like what they advertise. Just go for regular or stuffed crust. I honestly think Pizza Hut just has too many irons in the fire. While trying to offer variety in toppings, sauces, drizzles, crusts, and now crust flavoring a I think you suffer in quality control and product deliciousness. Unless I’m craving a disgustingly cheesy greasy pizza, I’ll order from Dominos. Even Little Caesars is better at times :-/ Highlights: –Delivery person is usually really friendly and kind –online coupons and emailed coupons make it affordable Cons: –Food takes unusually long to be delivered –Food is usually Luke warm or cold, needs tone reheated –Too Many Options, product suffers

worst pizza I ever been to. I have never got what I asked for. I always ask for extra sauce and get dry pizza every time. they have forgotten thing included in my order. I’ve when into the restaurant, all the employees were in the back none of them greeted me and you can see them and you know they could see me but they never acknowledge me. I take that back, they acknowledge me when they are ready to come out. this is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to and I love pizza hut and I was super excited that they were going to be coming out into my Valley and we get this, a really crappy Pizza Hut I would never go back ever

I order online and they forgot to give my mother a soda that I order and manager claimed it was my mother’s fault when she didn’t even place the order when it is the employees responsibility to give out the order correctly. The very unprofessional manager also hung up on my mother when he was asked what his name was. I was very unsatisfied with the poor customer service skills and lack of management skills.

DONOTORDERHERE! I placed an order for delivery and called for an update 20 minutes after it was supposed to be here and was simple told«it left at 7:55» by Casey. I waited another 20 minutes to call and cancel. When I called I got Casey again who was supposedly the manager. When I told him I wanted to cancel my order all he replied with was«ok». Never asked«why» or anything. Didn’t tell me when I could expect my money back since I paid with my card and he was just rude. When I asked if he had a manager he told me «unfortunately no»…somehow I doubt that. Save your money and go anywhere else, this place is a joke.

New place in the area but shitty customer service I just wanna get the pizza I order and throw it in the customer service face!(Especially the guy) but I was hungry so I didnt. we ordered 2 personal pizza cause we was told the oven for by the slice wasn’t working yet. we also ordered some wings payed with a atm card. we no cash on us. so when the food came we asked for some ranch to go with the wings we were told that it is 57 cents it does not come with the wings this is ridiculous ranch always comes with wings and we had no cash so no ranch we will not be back. oh yeah we also ordered 2 beers. the manager brought them 2 are table unopened and no bottle opener. just think no one there is trained especially the manager has no customer service.

Wow! Stay Away! I love Pizza Hut, generally, but I just had the worst pizza EVER, with a topping of horrible customer service! A couple of us were down for trying something new from this newly opened Pizza Hut. So we went with the hot dog bites pizza. What were we thinking? Because of the way it is created the dough is premade. So you don’t get that normal greasy Pizza Hut pizza you normally expect. Instead you get something that tastes stale. I have had microwave pizza that tasted way better. In fact, I have had gas station pizza that tasted better. The sauce also tasted strange. It had this abnormal tanginess that was just not right. We each had one slice and tossed the rest aside. Yuck! When I called the store I spoke with a manager. I explained the dissatisfaction with the pizza and told her that paying $ 15(we got extra toppings) for two half eaten slices was not good for business. After a long silence on the phone(I don’t think she knew what to say or do) she blamed the premade dough and apologized. There was no offer to refund me if I brought the rest of the uneaten pizza back or any conversation on trying to keep us as customers. I believe she was not properly trained to handle customer complaints. I kind of felt bad for the poor girl. Needless to say, I do not plan on going back to this place. Oh, and let me tell you about when I went to pick up the pizza. The cashier was eating and talking to me with her mouth full. She was very nice, however. Although, she kind of dialed back the niceness when I didn’t write in a tip on the receipt(are you supposed to tip if you do carryout?). A man in the back in a blue button down shirt, who I thought was the manager, came from the back and looked at me and then moved to the front of the store. He didn’t say«Hi» or anything. You would think that with a new store everyone, especially management, would be very friendly and welcoming. In contrast, I got takeout from a Chinese restaurant a few months ago that had recently opened it’s doors, and the staff was extremely welcoming. The manager even came over to us and thanked us for coming and spoke with us for a few minutes. What a difference. Oh, Pizza Hut, you’re breaking my heart. I think we need to call it off. There are other restaurants that want my business and they are willing to prove it through their customer service and quality of food. Maybe one day I’ll call you again, but right now I need my space. Farewell.

This is a new Pizza Hut and has only been open a few weeks. With that being said, they have some organizational training to do. My husband ordered the pizza and was told it would be 15 minutes. He left, went to the store next door and when he arrived back after 15 minutes, he was told that the order would be another 20 minutes because they did not put the pizza in yet. After 40 minutes my husband got our pizza. The pizza was good but the service was terrible. I suggest waiting a few months before your order from this store. Or, be prepared to wait double the estimated time.
