As far as a Starbucks goes, it’s like any other. This location I’ve been to more times than the 2 check-ins I have. I’ve never had a problem here. My drinks have always been made correctly. The staff is friendly enough to make this a location able to be returned to, which is nice because it’s the closest to where I live. The drive through is usually more packed than if you park your car and walk inside, which I’ve done on several occasions. I do recommend this location if you’re in the North Valleys area :)

This place has lots of flies! Employees were carrying on like they didn’t notice it but a few of us in line couldn’t help but comment to each other. I recently went back thinking it would be handled but unfortunately the flies were still there. I won’t go back. The drive thru is always busy so I’m assuming that most customers are none the wiser.

The store was clean and employees were friendly. Coffee from this location is as expected from a Starbucks chain, it tasted fresh and was made to order. They weren’t real busy due to the recent snowstorm so we didn’t have to wait in line and our coffee and food came out fast. The cranberry scone we had was tasty as was the caramel latte. My only complaint is the space is quite small and not good for groups, especially when the 2 larger spaces in the back were occupied by a single person in each while the tables for 2 were all empty. So the 5 of us had to take up 3 seating areas in the middle of the place. It is conveniently located right off the freeway and not too difficult to get back on in either direction. The lot was car friendly, meaning there weren’t any steep ingress/egress conditions to deal with, nor any gargantuan speed bumps. Would I go back? –Yes, as long as we have a smaller group.

Every time I go I have a good experience but tonight u did not. I ordered a medium Vanilla Bean Frapp and a Peppermint Mocha Frapp through the drive thru. I pull up to the window and pay her for what I bought. She brings out a regular HOT Peppermint mocha when I specifically ask for it as a Frappé. I politely correct her letting her know I asked for the Frapp in the drive thru and she replies with, «No you didn’t say you wanted the frappé at all… But I can change it for you.» And I’m just in shock because her attitude towards me was very impolite. The way she said it was horrid. And to add on to it she didn’t apologize, isn’t the costumer always right?

Been to this location several times and the drive thru is the slowest I’ve ever been in. My son had to work Christmas so I promised him a Starbucks coffee. Wife called to verify the hours and was in the drive thru 21 minutes before there closing time. Drive thru was so slow we never got to order before an employee came out and told us they were closed and we had to back out if the drive thru. To many places with good coffee, never going back. Horrible customer service!

My coffee is always made just right and the service we get when in the place is amazing. I’m big on customer service and the employees there know what they are doing.

Very frustrated with this Starbucks. I go thru the drive thru every morning and it’s sooooooo slow. They need more people working the drive thru from 7 to 10… They have never messed up my order so that’s a huge plus. But knowing how famous Starbucks is they need to get their stuff together…

Extremely slow drive-thru. I always check my drink before I pull away because this location tends to make mistakes.

It’s Starbucks. The coffee is always consistent. The great thing about Starbucks is you always know what to expect. The staff was friendly, the store was clean. A good visit.

First time at this Starbucks in North Valleys. The staff was very nice and service was prompt. Their drive thru seems to be very busy. I was there mid morning. The dining area is quite small compared other Starbucks I have been too. Chairs were comfortable, but tables were pretty small. There are two larger tables for those with laptops. You can function on the smaller tables, but are confined a bit against the wall. The dining area was well kept and there are outside seating options as well. The music was a little loud for my liking. Any conversation you would have would have to carry over the music, thus increasing the overall chatter level in the dining area a little louder then normal. The men’s bathroom was well kept and clean and all personal hygiene supplies were stocked for use. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at this location. If they toned down the music a little bit, then it would definitely be a 4.5 to 5 star rating. Cheers!

Wow… how is this place still in business. I came in at 6:15 am to get a coffee and get some work done on my laptop. I order a coffee and ask for honey. The girl immediately says they’re out of honey. OK. So I take some agave. I couldn’t help but notice the tall guy with the beard wrestling with a coffee machine appearing quite frustrated saying F this and F that and«this job sucks I have to get up at 4:30 in the morning» etc. after sitting down for a few minutes it becomes clear that all of the four employees are disenchanted with their jobs and do nothing but complain and talk about working elsewhere. Of course I go to sit down and the wireless internet doesn’t work. I almost think they might do this on purpose so they don’t have to serve anyone. There wasn’t on other person in the place. In my opinion, these are young immature kids of the entitlement age and someone needs to call corporate to come and clean this place up. Worst Starbucks experience ever.

I’m not going to write a review based on the Starbucks products, because I don’t know anyone who hasn’t tried them for themselves. So I will just review this location. If it were just Starbucks coffee: Fast, Fresh, In my mouth immediately I would give it 5 stars because I love that stuff. So these guys get 5 stars. I only go through the drive thru, but that’s all I need. They are fast. I once waited ten minutes, and they gave my sister and me our coffee for free because of the wait. Even with 5+ cars in front of me I have never waited that long again. They are convenient if you live in the North Valleys because you don’t have a lot of other options. This is why I think these guys are always packed when I go there. But honestly, I feel their speed is appropriate to the amount of people they are serving and they can’t really do anything about that. In fact, having less customers tends to be worse for your business so I guess I can’t push for that! Also they serve Starbucks coffee… go here if that’s what you want :)

This is a convenient location on your way in or out of town from the North. Although the parking lot is a little bit of a nightmare but that’s not Starbucks fault. I almost always go inside rather than use the drive thru but on the rare occasion I’ve used the drive thru it’s gone pretty quick. The inside of the store is nice, the inside seating area is on the small side but they have outdoor seating as well. The staff are always friendly, chatty and attentive. They seem to enjoy working here and make it pleasant for customers. My drinks have always been made correctly and quickly.

While visiting a friend at his Pop Warner car wash fundrasier this past Saturday, I noticed this Starbucks from across the street. Dying in the 90+ degree heat, I just knew a Venti Iced Americano would quench my thirst so, I headed the short distance to grab a coffee. In the home stretch of the front door, I couldn’t help but notice the 6 car line at the drive-thru waiting patiently to grab a cup. I captured a picture of the line just prior to entering Starbucks. The question I have goes out to all you«I gotta go though the drive-thru even though there’s a line a mile long» types. The question is WHY? I understand the drive-thru if, it’s after hours and the only thing open is the drive-thru but, that wasn’t the case today. I even read post of someone complaining about waiting in the drive-thru. News flash folks — There’s no line or waiting if your park your car and walk inside. Breath Tony… Once I got inside, I pulled my phone out to do my part as a Unilocal Elite and check into the business. Just as my phone reached my palm, I noticed the WiFi bars come to life. Letting me know I had a solid internet connection. It was also just about this time that I noticed the line inside Starbucks. Well, actually I noticed the lack of line to be more specific. Did I mention to you all that there was a 6 car line at the drive-thru outside waiting for coffee? Okay, I thought maybe I missed that. After ordering my tasty beverage(s), I did some looking around of the place. I don’t think I’ve ever visited a Starbucks laid out quite like this one is. It actually has two entrances. One entrance delivers you into the lounge area(see picture) and the other, into the area where you can look at and purchase Starbucks item like their coffee cups. Also inside this door are the his and her restrooms. Overall a very nice Starbucks store with a friendly staff. My only wish is that they had a play list for the music being played in house. Some of the best and rarest R&B Old School I’ve heard in a long time. So rare even my Sound Hound App couldn’t capture all of it.

March 2, 2013 Sunday — a drink 9:15AM 2 adults Atmosphere — 5 stars Food — 5 stars Service — 5 stars Background — Have some gift cards burning a hole in the pocket. Atmosphere — A clean small location and divided in a weird manner so it feels even smaller. Food The wife and I went with just a cup of frou-frou. I had a Caramel Macchiato. It was really good, a nice treat. Service — No line inside, while they had 8 cars in the drive thru. Very fast service, I watched my Caramel Macchiato get drizzled with a ton of caramel, mmmmm so good. When we left there was a line, and there were still 8 cars in the drive thru. Future — I will as I got a lot of gift cards for Christmas.
