Starbucks

Drinks are typically ok but the service is extremely slow… especially in the drive thru. I hesitated before giving a review because I was hoping the speed of service would improve. It has not. I’ve tried coming here intermittently over the past 7 months. I always wait at least 15 minutes in the drive thru… every time. The staff is usually very friendly, but do not go here, unless you have plenty of time to spare

Staff here is really slow. I was in the Drive Thru for 25 minutes! I was almost late for work.

I ordered a green tea latte I realized wasn’t put in their system after 15 mins of waiting & getting skipped on. I nicely asked if they had a green tea latte being prepared & they didn’t. So the girl didn’t even apologize & just asked me what I got with an annoyed look on her face. I FINALLY got my iced green tea latte & of course they Fu*ked it up :) There was tons of chunks of green tea powder on the bottom of my cup and wasn’t filled up all the way. They did make sure to put extra ice to make matters worse. wonderful… never going here again.

All the ladies here were so nice and helpful. We ordered a large order and they did a great job making it quickly for us. I would come here everyday if I lived here!

This has to be the slowest Starbucks in all of Reno. Regardless if you go inside of the the store or go through the drive thru, expect at least a 15 to 20 minute wait. The staff moves so slow and it seems like they are just taking their sweet time even when they’re is about 5 – 7 of them. They also always make your drink wrong 75% of the time.

I always order the same thing at every starbucks I go to and the quality is always always the same… except for here not only was the wait stupid but the place is filthy which makes you think the sanitation of the blenders ect is the same. I could have gotten better service and better coffee from McDonald’s. I ordered a vanilla bean crème for my boyfriend and it’s just an expensive fast food milkshake. The last one he had was delicious from the Lemmon valley starbucks so idk what the deal is with this place in particular

This Starbucks location is and a continent location just off the freeway. There are two reason of giving this Starbucks a three star. One because I have not been in the facility. And two there was trash all over the ground outside of the buildings.
I ordered three drinks, when I pulled up to the drive-​through and the lady at the window was nice. They seemed to get the drinks out pretty fast so there was minimum waiting time. Overall, the drink I had the Vanilla bean frap, non fat no whip.
It’s nice to have a coffee place that sells other drinks besides coffee for those non coffee drinkers.

I’m not sure if the District Manager is putting pressure on the Manager or if the Manager is playing games to make her profitability look good, but it’s obvious that this is not the store to patronize. One example of the tricks used at this store is to be out of the holiday drinks during promotions. The store has been out of Carmel Brulee drinks for three days, which means they aren’t giving out stickers for the Starbucks for those drinks. In addition, Starbucks is doing a bonus star for Carmel Brulee drinks sold after 2 pm today. So when will they have Carmel Brulee drinks… tomorrow. The syrups used for Carmel Brulee drinks are not perishable and this store can borrow supplies from other stores, so this is a deliberate act to not have the holiday drink available. This is the second year this store has done this and there are more examples; but if this store is improving their profitability by playing games with the holiday drinks, what are they doing the rest of the year to make the store look more profitable at the customer’s expense?

Is considered the worst Starbucks in Reno. The employees should spend more time paying attention to what they are doing and less time talking. Starbucks drinks are not cheap so to pay for them and not have it right… Is ridiculous. Compared to the other Starbucks like the one at our hospital this one needs more time training. This store manager needs to get things in line.

Typical Starbucks fare, slow service because I don’t know, everyone had their backs turned away from the door… doing??? Dirty-ish…tables and chairs need updating but the biggest issue was the LOUD obnoxious music that was blaring. Ok I don’t like intense jazz, but it was so loud you could not have a nice conversation. Would not have mattered if it had been my favorite music it was TOO LOUD. Two moms with babies left to sit outside because the music was so loud. I was only there to meet someone and go on to an appointment, this location not in my usual route… next time we will meet at Home Depot!

I tutor here and it has the perfect atmosphere to do such. People are working but it’s not so quiet that I feel like my student and I cannot converse. The seating options are great and the parking is easy and convenient.
The staff is always friendly and they work efficiently. Whether they are busy or not, they make drinks fast and delicious. I love going to Starbucks because they have coconut milk, making vegan drinks available without soy as the only alternative. Their black coffee is also yummy. Since I tutor later in the evening, it’s nice that they have tea without the caffeine so I can sleep at a reasonable hour.
Unfortunately the floor and tables are consistently dirty. Straw wrappers and crumbs are everywhere. The bathrooms usually need some attending to as well.
Overall though, it’s a nice Starbucks to be able to converse with someone at!

This location is the worst Starbuck’s — not because of the location but because of the staff. I have given this one several chances and they either mess up the order or you wait forever. I will just go to me regular one who does a much better job

Like other reviewers, I’m not going to comment on the Starbucks brand itself, as most people have tried it and have their own opinions. I’m just going to focus on the location.
I’m not a huge fan of this location. More often than not, the place is dirty. The staff doesn’t seem to make an effort to get to know me, or anyone else. If there are regulars they make the effort to continue to get to know them, but new people, forget it. They take their time with every drink I’ve ordered in store. While I know Starbucks places value on getting to know customers over speed of drink delivery, they seem to take longer than normal.
As far as the drive through is concerned, service seems a little more prioritized towards cars than inside, so I usually go through the drive through. Though, I still haven’t gotten exceptional service.
The only reason I stop by and give money to this location is mostly for convenience for shopping in the area or hopping on 395.

The food was what you expect from Starbucks. The cleanliness and expediency was just so bad. Someone needs to empty out the garbage can! Wipe down the counters. Pick up trash from the floor. Mop the floor.
Where’s the store manager? The District Manager needs to check out this store. There was a line of cups. 5 baristas behind the counter, chatting with each other. 2 of them could have helped expedite the drinks.

This was my favorite go to Starbucks when Stephanie managed it. When she left to open her own business it went down hill. The garbage cans are ALWAYS full. My drink is usually wrong and the staff just isn’t in sync. I hear the staff complaining about something most of the time, be it personal or about work. Doesn’t make for a very positive experience. The drive thru is slower than molasses in November and most of the time, after that long wait, the drink is wrong. The store is not neat and tidy any longer and just lacks that warmth it had when Stephanie was manager.
Sorry to give such a negative review but, unfortunately after having tried to stick it out through the transition of management, I just don’t go there except for ground coffee and only if I’m I’m the area. Very sad to see this store go down hill.

I’m not going to write a review based on the Starbucks products, because I don’t know anyone who hasn’t tried them for themselves. So I will just review this location.
If it were just Starbucks coffee: Fast, Fresh, In my mouth immediately I would give it 5 stars because I love that stuff.
The mark down of 1 star is due to the speed: I go through the drive thru on a regular basis. When I go I see maybe a car or two ahead of me and have never waited less than ten minutes. I even got to the front a couple of times and saw through the window they had one person taking orders from both the drive thru and the in store guests… seriously?
The other star is for the weird experiences I have had inside. I have been inside only three times and every time I have heard the manager/​supervisor whatever she is, yelling at the employees. She could just be a loud person, but it’s a small place so really no excuses for this. I feel like I saw all of the patrons kind of pause in their coffee sipping and just look around when she started yelling.
I live in the North Valleys and prefer to go to the Lemmon Valley Starbucks any time I can.

Love this place and the staff. No I’m not going to write a review about Starbucks, but something unique I saw this morning. They have grounds for your garden. Free! Come and get them of you have a garden

This is the WORST. Starbucks I have ever been to! I go starbucks daily an to this multiple times an they seem to screw something up everytime! I got 2 different half cups of lattes when I paid for a full cup! An that’s just the beginning of it!

This is the SLOWEST, least efficient Starbucks in the WORLD. Do not come here if you’re in a hurry, I can guarantee you you will leave pissed off and not enjoy your coffee.
If there is no line, or cars in the drive thru you’ll be OK.

Ok so BECAUSE I have «The Andrea» for a drink or «a complicated», (write ALL OVER THE ENTIRE side of the cup with instructions) drink, the TOTALLY friendly (how the Starbucks employees USED to be all perky and cheerful) remembered me! She listened carefully and was actually concerned that I like and enjoy my coffee. So when she handed it to me with beaming pride, she asked if I wanted to taste it first. Well of course there is NO WAY for her to know that *I* know if it’s right just by looking at it! So I taste it and tell her it’s perfect and she gives a good olé «YESSSSS!»… I think I may have made her hour! Lol.
