Even though I decided not to have him do my surgery, Dr. Pappas was great. Some have said he has an odd demeanor but I found him pleasant. The office atmosphere was ok. The wait was a tad long considering that the office appeared empty.
A major turn-off occurred when I was billed by the physical therapist with whom they share a building. I’ve never made an appointment with a physical therapist in my life! It looks like the physical therapist’s office was somehow given access to my insurance information and then decided to bill me. I duly reported it to my insurance as fraud, but the whole ordeal left a bitter taste in my mouth.
