Sally at this Kelly Moore is awesome! She really knows her colors and is very patient with people like me who can’t make a decision! She helped me make the PERFECT custom color. She taught me a lot about colors and I realized I was completely on the wrong spectrum from what I wanted! If you go there, ask for Shelly!!!

Jim and the KM team are very helpful and know quite a bit about paint. We didn’t wait long for the paint and even had some helpful conversations on the phone about product. We will continue getting our paint with KM! Go see if you like them.

This store by far has exemplary customer service in comparison to the Market Street store. The staff is friendly and helpful and willing to turn an order around in record time. There eye matches are always dead-on. Deliveries arrive within an hour to two hours of being placed. Never have to wait until the next day. I think this is all due to K.C. Choate’s management skills and people skills.

What a joke. Kids who barely know what they are talking about, crap products, and an absolutely ridiculous price. I think not. But thanks though, I’ll go talk to the guy that actually knows what a paintbrush is at Lowe’s, and he won’t talk to me like I’m three. I don’t particularly like being charged my firstborn child to paint my entire house.
