You can expect the same great service/quality of food from this location :) it’s the closest INO to Summit Mall, so beware during lunch hours! Log drive thru lines.

Isn’t worth the hype. Just a burger. Just some fries. Much more interesting fare elsewhere. Good but nothing special.

I’m from Los Angeles and we have an In-N-Out pretty much in every corner. They’re known for their great food and their cleanliness. This location was not that! The tables were dirty, as well as the floors the trash lids had dried up secret sauce and ketchup. They have an open kitchen and you can visibly see lettuce and buns on the floor. I’m giving them 5 stars for their food and 1 star for their cleanliness.

Touch down I’m in Reno! First thing I look up on Unilocal is if they have an In-N-Out and they sure do. I’ve had In-N-Out several times in Cali, but for whatever reason it never fulfilled the«hype» for me. For whatever reason the day that I came in and had In-N-Out(in Reno of all places), it totally hit the spot. This In-N-Out definitely made my trip to Reno worthwhile.

I came in today and got a burger. I really have never been to in and out burger before my visit. On the east coast I don’t think we have any. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s very affordable seeing as how $ 7 for a meal is good. At all the other fast food places you’ll pay for a meal $ 9-$ 11. I’m excited to come back out to y’alls place next time I’m in town.

Amazing! Brought a first timer and she said it was the best day everrrrrr! Animal style fries, cheese fries, double doubles and a protein style! We checked out the secret menu too late… I could have gotten my mustard cooked into my burger! Next time…

Any day that you make it into an In-N-Out is one that you know you are enjoying life! Today was such a day. If anyone were to ask the most important lesson one can learn from Unilocal,it is this… Eat well, and go to In-N-Out at least once in your life. Since we moved from California, In-N-Out has become a pilgrimage for me, and I will make every effort to get into one whenever I see one. his was my first time to this particular location, and I’m always happy when I can add a new In-N-Out to my list. My wife and I both got our typical #1(Double-Double with Fries); hers with extra pickles and no tomato, and mine with no onions. Very, very good.

For a fast food burger, this is my go to place. It is affordable, great(again, considering this is fast food) and fast considering the quality! The drive through line in always long. I don’t think I have ever been in it if it wasn’t atleast 3 cars past where you order. Going in is the same, lines(almost) always to the door, but they get through the order process quickly! Equal amount of wait time inside as the drive through line is, in my opinion. The staff is great. I have never been to an In-N-Out that wasn’t staffed by the nicest group of people who really look like they are having fun(Work is almost always never fun. Good for them!) and this location is no different. In-N-Out’s hiring qualities could be taught to other businesses, in my opinion. The fries are the best. Easily the best fast food fries you will be able to get in town. I always get the cheeseburger and I love it. Seriously it’s so good! The meat is incredibly flavorful and I love the sauce they put on their burgers. Just top notch fast food, again! Sometimes I splurge and get a chocolate milk shake and it’s so stinkin’ good. Love their milk shakes! My only wish is that they had a location a little closer to the University :)

Gone are the days of my youth when I considered In-N-Out the pinnacle of burger excellence. Growing up(and slowly roasting) in Phoenix, a double-double with a shake was my idea of the perfect meal. When I was fourteen(and foolish), my birthday dinner was at In-N-Out. When I was sixteen(and stupid), I was hoarding animal sauce packets in my fridge to smear on anything and everything I made at home. Then, on the cusp of eighteen, I moved to the other side of the country for college and faced a four year In-N-Out DROUGHT. Devastating, to say the least. So began my brief stint in burger evangelism, as I spread the double-double gospel to all of my new peeps in upstate NY. But even as I proclaimed the«good news» of the pseudo-secret menu behind drunken frat party pulpits and in dormitory lounges, I was making my way around new chains — Shake Shack, Five Guys, Freddy’s — and slowly finding that my faith in In-N-Out was dwindling down to something less than devout. Flash forward to the present day, where In-N-Out is a reliable go-to, but ultimately just another notch on my burger belt. My burger pangs now point towards more gourmet options and my obsession with the special spread has now died down to accept the fact that it’s just glorified thousand island dressing. This location in particular is prone to lengthier lines at the drive thru, and the quality of the fries can be a little hit or miss, sometimes coming off limp and lifeless even when I ask for them fried«extra well.» I’ve also had a few minor drive thru mishaps(missed animal style, wrong shake, forgotten extra peppers) that bring my rating down a notch. But you always remember your first love. And I’m positive that I’ll be throwing back their shakes ’til the day I die.

I’m not a big fan of any fast food, but what’s not to like about In-N-Out? Granted, I’m originally from Southern California so I never understood why there was a mob scene when they opened in Reno, but they are our go to fast food burger when we need something in a rush. The menu is limited to burgers, fries, sodas and milkshakes. There’s also a not so secret, «secret» menu that you can look up to get variations for whatever you’re in the mood for. The burgers are always what you expect and the fries are nice and fresh. I’ve learned the trick to the drive thru as well — don’t order anything special in the drive thru. If you order anything out of the ordinary it takes longer because it breaks up the well oiled machine they are of assembling burgers and fries. For example, I won’t eat tomatoes and at any other establishment I ask them to hold it. But at In-N-Out, I pick the tomato off and save myself at least five minutes in the drive thru. The last time I was here, there were about 15 cars ahead of me and my wait was just under 10 minutes(not bad at all for getting there at noon). Overall they are great choice for a quick tasty burger and a great price.

Being from Southern California I do enjoy visiting In-N-Out for a tasty burger and fries now and again. I love that the service is always friendly and efficient. The dining area is regularly cleaned. Because it is a popular place at lunch/dinner time, be prepared for a long drive through line(that does move quickly) or a full dining room. The menu is simple, burgers and fries, and drinks. The pink lemonade is refreshing. They do offer 3 variations of milk shakes(chocolate, vanilla, strawberry), that are thick and yummy. My favorite part is the toasted buns that are used on the burgers. I recently tried the grilled onions on my cheeseburger, and was very happy with the taste. I think I will do this more often. Oh yeah, there is a ‘secret menu’, though you may have to google it to find out what’s on it, since I have never ordered anything from it.

I love In-N-Out, the most consistent burger I have ever gotten, and pricing is superb! I have learned a couple of things… 1 is you can order medium rare(much better flavor, but doesn’t come out faster) 2 you can add pickles(gives that extra zing) 3 you can add heat(add chiles) = A Divine Burger Experience!

I like In and Out, The burger is not very greasy and it taste good, I usually get the double-double or a regular cheeseburger. Sure their a little smaller than your average fast food burger but they taste good and it’s relatively fresh. The Menu is simple but theres the whole secret menu thing just look it up online and you’ll see all the other options. Some people complain about the fries here, yes they are a little bit different, the fries are kinda like cardboard and really crispy and they’re not very salty. But they still taste good I prefer these fries to other places. Overall its a decent burger place and its clean on the inside which is always a plus, In case you don’t know this place is always packed, ive seen the drive thru filled with cars at like 11PM.

LAMELAMELAME! !! Under cooked burger with nasty produce, took 20 minutes to get it(in-n-out???) And a half basket of overcooked french fri pieces. You can definitely do better anyplace. If your ready for that good In-N-Out burger you remember. Your not going to find it here. Keep driving

Alright, In-N-Out. I love you. Let’s make that totally clear. Yes, I’m one of those who will actually wait in a super long line in the drive thru just to enjoy your goodness. Everyone and their sister digs you. I’ve been to my fair share of these locations over the years, especially being a CA native. However this particular location takes the cake(err, buns? nope that didn’t work) for having the friendliest and fastest staff of all. I know it’s like their employee bible to be super fast, but you get the fast service plus the great tasting food, and just how you’d expect it each and every time. Unlike those other fast food places, even sit-down restaurants, that can’t seem to get the«fast» and the«delicious» parts down — it’s typically either one or the other. Also, dear In-N-Out, it makes it extra hard to limit you when I live so darn close to you now. I drive by and always see your long line wrapping around the parking lot and your tables full inside. Can’t blame them though! I don’t care who gives me any crap for it, I think In-N-Out ranks as one of the top burgers ever.

Who ever says Disneyland is the happiest place on earth has it wrong. IN-N-OUT is fantastical. And such a deal. They really need to train Chipotle’s employees to be as friendly to their customers!

It’s an In-N-Out, how can it be less than five stars? In my world, this is the best fast food hamburger I’ve ever tried. Five Guys arrived and I checked it out, but back to the old stand bye. Could it be that I’ve been eating them since high school? Could it be that I’ve been to the original location prior to them tearing it down? Could it be consistency? Could it be that I’m a real sap? Could it be ‘animal style’? Simply put, it’s all of the above, and the south Reno location is no different. You get exactly what you expect from folks with a positive attitude and an attention to detail. We arrived about 3:30, well after the lunch hour, we thought, and the place was jamming. There must have been ten to fifteen cars in the line, no tables available inside, and tables occupied outside. We had some time, and so we opted to eat inside, knowing it would take a while. This is a small detail, but it points out what makes them great. The spicy wax peppers that are featured here were down to the final four, and they happened to be small. I made them an appetizer while waiting for our burgers. As my number was called I checked to see if more had arrived, and, sure enough, there was a restocked supply of them. South Reno has a great stop right near the freeway. Enjoy!
