Beware. This McDonalds is gross, when you walk thru the door. Smells like something is rotting inside. Most of the workers look like they are zombies and on oxy. The food is gross. Cold fries and a double quarter pounder that has been the warmer for days. Just plain disgusting.

Let me start out by saying that I love McDonald’s. The food is usually good, but this specific McDonald’s is just sad. Sometimes when I get something here, I don’t get the the food that i ordered. One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.

This place is a mess!!! Horrible service and MANAGEMENT!!! I’ve never been anywhere else that messed up my order so bad I had to leave drive yo go inside and still got home with the wrong food after the manager bagged it(and charged me more) They are unprepared and unorganized! We don’t eat fast food often but of anyrestaurant this one has the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed!

Mcdonalds is Mcdonalds I don’t expect much and I don’t expect 5 star service or 5 star food when I come here. I don’t really go to Mickey D’s for food just coffe, and let me tell you if you can’t even have hot coffee ready when a machine makes it you have to be super incompetent. I ordered a large coffee and it was luke warm and so gross like it has been sitting it its own filth for hours.

Just went through drive thru and our sirloin bacon burger came without bacon. I took it back in after my boyfriend took a bite and they took it back over the counter(pretty sure that’s not legal) and the cook added cold bacon to it and gave it back. Not only that but he didn’t change his gloves either so whoever gets their burger next is getting my man’s germs on their food, yucky! Unacceptable, especially since the person that handled the complaint was a manager! What happened McDonald’s? This never would’ve flown back in the day.

This McDonald’s ice cream machine is always broken. I’m starting to think they are not telling the truth to me. I can count at least 6 times they told its broke in the last 6 months. Other McDonalds ice cream machines seem to be working all the time. It’s time I quit coming here for a very long time.

My son & I went to breakfast here and I ordered a sandwich off the dollar menu. They charged me over $ 3.00 for it. My son heard the Hispanic woman telling the cashier that he over charged us. When I looked at my receipt & questioned her. She argued with me but still gave me my money. She knew they messed up but still wanted to argue. Why didn’t she just admit they made a mistake. ROTTEN customer service.

Feeling a bit peckish after getting off the plane and stopped here on my way home. Kind of slow service for 3 in the afternoon. The usual McDonald’s fare, the anticipation is always better than the reality. Lately I’ve been having an apple pie instead of the fries because I’m just not enjoying the fries any more. Can’t put my finger on it. Tried them again here with the same result. I wonder if anyone else has noticed a change.

My boyfriend and I came here this morning to pick up breakfast before heading to the airport. The signs all around the McDonald’s clearly states that they open at 5:00AM. We arrived at 5:10. We sat at the speaker in drive through for a few minutes and when no one responded we drove around to the window where we saw a blonde male in his early twenties that worked there drinking a smoothie. He clearly saw us and walked away from the drive through window. It was EXTREMELY rude. He obviously doesn’t do his job. I will be calling customer service to report this but thought the public should know as well. I work In customer service and could not believe my eyes. When we realized he wasn’t going to help us we left. Will never be going there again and will spread the word about the horrible service. From the looks of the reviews we aren’t the first to experience the distasteful service that they provide.

Stopped in about 10pm one night. Service took forever. They grilled the chicken for our order of McWraps, so they asked us to pull to a parking spot and they would bring the food to us when it was done. Between the time we sat in the drive-through and in the parking lot, it was at least 30 minutes. I went in to ask how long it would be. They said 2 minutes. 5 minutes later I went back in and asked for a refund for the food we didn’t get. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service and that it’s not fast food if they don’t make it fast. I said I could have gone to In-And-Out Burger and been in and out by now. The cashier and who I assumed to be the floor manager didn’t seem to take me seriously at first, perhaps because I look funny when I’m angry, but they ended up being apologetic about the issue. She tried to explain that things work differently at night because they cook things custom, blah blah blah. I’ve been to many McDonald’s late at night and it has never taken that long. Both McWraps we were waiting for were done by the time our conversation neared the end. I am giving this place two stars because she gave me a refund for both McWraps, gave us the actual McWraps, and the food was about as good as McDonald’s gets. However, I would not return to this establishment unless I was desperately hungry and somehow unable to drive any further.

I just witnessed the most unsanitary and grossest event. I came here through the drive through to grab some dinner for my kids on the way home. I ordered them some burgers and fries. After it taking forever to get through the line I got my food. I pulled forward and decided to check the bags to make sure I’d received my order. What I did see were 3 large fry containers that were less than 50% full. Frustrating so I park and walk into the McDonalds. I walked to the counter and explained the problem. Staff was pleasant and they said they would take care of it. The employee then took my 3 fry containers and DUMPEDTHEMBACKINTOTHEFRYER. Now, I would have been ok with two things: 1) add extra fries to the existing containers or 2) throw away the original fries and give new ones. What if someone had put something in those fries? What if someone had put their hands in there and started eating the fries? Why would you ever put those fries back into general population? Next time my family requests McDonalds I’ll be going to the one on Steamboat/Damonte Ranch and NOT this one.

So, it’s McDonald’s — there’s nothing special about this one over the rest.(Well, this one does have a large indoor Playland, but I don’t have any little ones to entertain, so that’s not of interest to me.) I rarely eat McDonald’s, but one of my co-workers likes to come here once every three months or so for lunch. In any case, the only reason I’m writing this review is so that you can all see how silly I really am… On the day in question, I had seventy(70) nuggets for lunch. For those keeping score at home, that’s just under 2.5 lbs of nuggets, packing a hefty 3,220 calories(numbers calculated from the information provided by McDonald’s), with a whopping 203 grams of fat(that’s 3 days worth of the government recommend daily allowance for fat). This all started due to a random conversation with my coworkers, where I mentioned that some friends of mine had had a nugget eating contest a while ago, and they had 64 and 32 respectively. One thing lead to another, and I was saying that 64 was nothing, that it’d be a piece of cake. .. at which point one of the coworkers was offering to pay for the nuggets if I could do it. I originally stopped at 65(having to one-up the previous«record»), but then had the last 5 on the way back to the office to get to an even 70. The first 50 or so were easy, but I definitely started slowing down, and not enjoying the nuggets after that. They became dry, tasteless hunks, and I struggled a bit to get them down. One of the guys at the office who later heard about this said«Why would you do that? You’re not 25 anymore. .. «While technically true, I think I still behave like a guy in his twenties, still enjoying time at the bar, playing blackjack, and doing silly/stupid things just because I can. I did end up feeling like Morgan Spurlock in Super Size Me, where he talks about how crappy the food is making him feel. I would say though that by 4PM or so, I was reasonably recovered, and had half of a Capriotti’s cold turkey sub at 5 for dinner.

It’s McDonalds… what can really be reviewed? It’s the same as everywhere else in the entire world. Literally. Same food, same décor, same crappy everything. Still, nothing better than a Big Mac for lunch after a long night of boozin…
