Worse Carl’s jr ever! I get you guys are busy at 12 – 12:30 but when I specify«I do not want any lettuce or mayo on my spicy chicken» I expect to get that. I work right up the street so I come here pretty often because its the only one on this side of town and it’s always the same thing I’ve never received what I ordered. I will not be coming back here!

I ate ate this Carl’s at 8:30 pm, I’m writing this review at 4am because I’ve been sick to my stomach and throwing up since midnight. It’s just too damn bad I didn’t check these reviews before I ate there. Don’t stop in, drive thru or even look at the place, you’ll be taking you chances with your health at this Carl’s Jr.

One star is too much for this place. Never have enough staff so the service is awful. The drive thru take at least 15 min no matter what time of day you go. They will screw up at least one thing on your order every time too. The manager here needs to get canned.

i’m a fan of Carl’s Jr. burgers. I tried a breakfast there past month. A big watered down diet coke wasn’t nice. The biscuits were hockey pucks with various hardness ratios in different parts. just horrid

We came to eat here because we don’t have a Carl’s jr in Carson anymore. We wanted to try the new all natural burger. It was all smashed down and not very special. My wife’s burger was cold. She ended up taking the burger out and just eating the veggies and bun. Not a very good experience. Service was slow. They weren’t even busy. Not coming back. Management better fix this place soon or it it will close.

I was hungry, looked around and found this Carl’s Jr. for a FRESH burger. I go in and they are having some meeting near the counter, yet not watching the counter. Two minutes go by before I am noticed. For some reason the new burger with Brisket and fried onion and jalapeño looked good. I normally get a six dollar burger, but I was feeling adventurous. I get my number and sit down, and almost comically, the counter employee(twinkling eye lashes) shows up with my burger? I suspicious inspect and take a bite. OLDLAMPBURGER. NASTY. So I confront Lashes and ask if they just cooked this or gave me old food. She says«I didn’t cook it.» No feces Sherlock. Can you actually cook me one? Then they get on it. Of course after seeing the movie waiting, I will never eat that burger. I should have just demanded my money back. Instead, I just wasted a burger. NOTCOOLPEOPLEATCARL’S…

My son loves their burgers but when in the drive through the service is dry and the drive thru person always sounds tired and inconvenienced when asking for my order. Other than that, the food is excellent.

July 1, 2013 Monday — lunch 12:30PM 3 adults & kid Atmosphere — 1 star Food — 4 stars Service — 5 stars Background — Meeting up my parents and daughter for lunch. Atmosphere — Normal I don’t use the restrooms but oh my, it was disgusting! We will we will leave it at that. Food Appetizer — none ordered. Drinks — I skipped it as I drink a lot of water while at work. For the record they have coke products, daughter got a red Fanta out of the soda machine. My Main Course — Went with a classic, the Famous Star with cheese. It was stuffed with lettuce a large slice of tomato. It hit the spot. I had a small order of sweet potato fries. I wish I had ordered a large, oh well, they were crispy and delicious. Dessert — None today. Service — What you expect from a fast food restaurant. What I like about Carl’s is they give you a number and bring it to your table instead of waiting up by the registers Future — Maybe if I do not need to use the restroom.

This tasted like regret. First off, the turkey burger I had was dry, thin, and bland. The terikyaki sauce was flavorless and sweet. The pineapple was mush and had very little taste. I piled mustard on it to get it down. Secondly, we had two combos between my husband and I and the kids shared fries and each got a burger and waters. For $ 35! Won’t be back — will go to In-N-Out instead.

Giving them one star is generous, if Unilocal allowed zero I’d be giving them that. Went in at 8 o’clock at night on a Wednesday night. There was 4 employees there, only one person in the dining room and two people waiting in the drive through. I placed my order, a jalepeno burger combo, with chili cheese fries, and a soda, to which the employee replied«I’m sorry, but we don’t have curly fries.» That by itself I could easily forgive, because I have a cold and I know I might not be that easy to understand, but that was just the beginning. I gave them the rest of my order, a teriyaki burger combo, chili cheese fries, and a soda, and a famous star, to go(I was picking up food on my way home for my family). They told me it would be just a few minutes. The dine in customer behind me though they told they were backed up and it would be a while, this should have been my first major warning sign. While I was waiting I looked over to the window timer on the drive through and noticed that it was stopped at 9:59, the car had been waiting for over 10 minutes, at this point I moved to where I could see the order timer for my order. After waiting 15 minutes they called me up, handed me a bag with my sandwiches and told me «we’re sorry about the wait, but here are your sandwiches so you can get started while you wait.» I’m going to ask a rhetorical question, but when I ordered something to go, why did they think I wanted to start eating it there? I asked if they could leave it under the heat lamps to keep them warm and they responded that they didn’t have room(by this point they had taken out two of the three orders in front of mine and only had two after mine, how can they be out of room under the heat lamps). Five minutes later, they finally call my number to let me know my chili cheese fries are done, by this point, I will admit my own fault, I left without checking anything, because after 20 minutes(according to their own order timer) I just wanted to go home. When I got home though I discovered three things, first, they had given me a jalepeno turkey sandwich rather than the jalepeno burger(which while good, is not what I ordered), they had left out one of my two chili cheese fries, and the one they did put in had undercooked fries(it takes two minutes thirty seconds to cook their fries properly, so how they didn’t let them cook all the way when they had 20 minutes to do so is a mystery to me), had chili that was cold and had only the lightest sprinkling of cheese. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem at this location, twice before this I’ve gone in and had less than

Great food and even better deals with their coupon book. Two burgers for 4 dollars is awesome. The food is delicious and the girl at the cash register is a sweety.

These days I rarely eat fast food. When the need arises, I try to choose something that I’ve had a reasonably good experience with in the past, and the Carl’s Jr. «Six Dollar Burger» has been ok. At this location, however, I was served the worst example of ANY fast food burger I’ve ever had. The patty was thin and flavorless, burned to a charcoal crisp. The tomatoes were green and the lettuce limp. Ugh. However, my wife’s walnut cranberry chicken salad was above average for fast food; she really enjoyed it. So, if you stick with salad and avoid anything with burger in it, you’ll be fine at this burger joint.
