Awful. okay so walk in, I’ll have a small burger. «are you sure, this how small it is» *hold cup in air* Huh? you guys can’t spend an extra $ 0.29 cents on like a piece of paper that has a size chart. So anyway two burgers, fried and two drink is almost $ 30. It’s didn’t taste any better than 5 guys or inn n out which cost about half the price. WOW, I could go to BJ brewery and get two small pizza with salad and drinks for about $ 20. This place is badly run, I’m surprised it’s even still here. No thank you.

When I let the guys at Fatburger know I was in the mood for fries«animal style,» they gently reminded me that was an In-n-Out item; however, they happily offered to make a batch for me. The served up a hot and delicious pile of yummy fries, smothered in grilled onions and Thousand Island dressing. They were terrific! The restaurant had a tv showing sports and music played, as well. The kitchen was open style, with a view of the grill. Staff thoroughly cleaned, and enthusiastically greeted and thanked customers. They were proactive in making conversations with guests, and provided me with some history and trivia about the company. The environment was casual and comfortable. Indoor and outdoor seating was available.

This place is hit or miss. We have gone in before and ate there and it was fine. the last time we went, there was a new girl on the register. A HUGE line and no one was helping her. she under charged us, then had to re run the card, the food was wrong. when we got the food home it was cold from waiting so long for her to fix the card issue. Plus it was like 25 dollars for just two burgers? No fries? Didn’t seem right.

One word comes to mind(my apologies to the grammar police as it is really not a word): meh. We stopped in last night out of necessity and after paying 55.00 to feed two adults and three kids, can honestly say I will not be going back. The burger was of very average quality and was over-seasoned and dry. The onion rings were the opposite of what they should be: moist on the outside and crispy on the inside. The fries were pretty good, but nothing to rave about. What I really found amusing was one of the reproduced newspaper headlines that stated that this place beats In N Out Burger at its own game. Not even close! Save your money and drive up Virginia to In N Out or walk over to BJs. Both are better and cheaper!

3.5. Still. Okay, I had to come back seeing that this branch was recently featured in «Undercover Boss.» In that episode, the CEO said that franchise was in the bottom 10% of all their stores for underperformance. And the staff explained that the owner was never around, that because of lack of purchase orders, equipment was broken, they would sometimes run out of actual burgers, etc. etc. A never-ending litany of How NOT To Run A Franchise. So fast forward a few weeks, I pop in on a Sunday afternoon. Employees outnumber customers. It’s loud in here — I can barely hear the guy taking my order. I decide on the smallest burger — for about $ 3.50, I think. It comes out a few minutes later, and it’s actually quite good. Ingredients are all fresh and tasty. But something is still off in the experience itself. I can’t explain it. It just seemed SAD in here. Maybe because the employees didn’t seem to want to be there? I don’t know…

First time at Fatburger n it was an great experience, the order taker lady was very nice, at first I decided on Skinny fries but then later changed it to onion rings. She had no problem with the change even though she had already dropped the skinny fries, and usually these situations they would get irritated but this lady had no problem. Thats means a lot and all the small things matters. Place has a sink next to soda machine, how cool is that? So convenient right?
