Easy access to pumps with no out of service pumps. Clean area — while pumping an attendant was walking around sweeping up trash and emptying garbage bins. Fuel rewards from Smith’s grocery lowering the cost per gallon! Expectation and needs met with an additional discount. Perfection!

I pretty much only buy my gas here. First, the price is among the lowest around town. Second, we do the majority of our grocery shopping at Smith’s, so we earn fuel rewards which make our gas even cheaper. If you keep an eye on the Smith’s ad, you can earn points quickly when they have specials. For instance, sometimes they have double points weekends, or 4X points on gift cards. During those times, we go buy gift cards for places we know we’ll use, rack up some points, and use them to save money on gas. 50 points on prescriptions, too! The gas station is usually pretty clean, and while there was a time that one of the pumps was out of order frequently, it seems like they have that under control. There is a small kiosk, and a display case with a variety of snacks, drinks, motor oil, windshield washer fluid, etc. The nice thing here is that unlike most gas stations which have pretty inflated prices, all of the prices at the gas station are exactly the same as the prices inside the store — no markup! They’re also pretty open to customer suggestions about what they carry at the kiosk, so if there’s something you’d like to see, it can’t hurt to ask!

Subie, Caddy, Benz, Rolls, or beater… Quik Stop’s got what you need to make it go! Yep, that’s right, gasoline! What did you expect from a gas station? This one is pretty clean if you ask me, and the selection of snacks available is top notch. My favorite is the Salt and Pepper Spitz sunflower seeds, which I can’t seem to find at very many stores or stations, so it’s nice to know they’re there when I need em! I’ve never done any research on the subject, but I think Quik Stop stations might be the cheapest gas in town. I’ve actually chosen homes based on proximity to these stations because if you add up the pennies you’ll save, well, they’re still just pennies, but you get the idea! And I was totally kidding about the whole house thing, but I will go out of my way to go to a Quik Stop if I know one is nearby. You never know what the road will throw at you, so always practice caution when heading off on a road trip. Check-in at Quik Stop first, check your air pressure and oil, fuel up your ride, grab some snacks, and hit the open road! I’ll see you there!

This is a review for a gas station. This is not a duplicate review for Smith’s the grocery store. Just as you would review a casino’s restaurants separately you would review a gas station and a grocery store separately. No need to artificially inflate the score of the grocery store in the same parking lot. Great prices here even without the discount that you can earn at Smith’s. All of the Quikstop locations in Reno seem to have some of the best gas prices in town. They have a small amount of food items near the«person in a box» that mans this during business hours. Snacks and stuff and all the prices are the same as if you went inside of the store across the parking lot. I couldn’t tell you if the gas is good or bad, it’s just gas and our cars seem to run just fine. I’ve rarely seen them have pumps out of order and if so, not for very long. The place is clean and well maintained. The ingress and egress traffic can be a little cumbersome due to restrictive exits and entrances from South Meadows Parkway. But it’s just a slight blip on an otherwise finely working machine. Speaking of the machines, the touch pads for taking your member number is horribly slow so pay attention while you enter your card number for your discount. It could get behind and make the transaction run slower than it should. Also the best way to exit this gas station is to exit out of Lauren Ct, no matter which way you are going.
