Master Service Plumbing

I’ve been using this company for the last 5 years for both my own residence as well as commercial properties that I manage. Their employees always take care of my issues in a timely and professional manner. I’ve had them install tankless water heaters, replace broken or outdated restroom fixtures, fix leaky roof drains, help me with clogs in both indoor and outdoor lines and help me troubleshoot general plumbing problems. Always seamless. Unlike other companies I’ve tried in the past, Marc and crew have never let me down.

As a property manager with over 500 properties, some of my biggest challenges are finding quality vendors. We recently started working with Master Service Plumbing and they have been great!

Had a great experience with them. I had three projects that needed to get done involving 2 sinks in my house. In one hour, all three were done. Super nice people too. Helpful and willing to explain. I will definitely use them again. I’m so glad I didn’t do the project myself, and let them handle it. So much less stress.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!
Recently, tenants in my rental property had an issue with the shower knob in the guest bathroom. They called Master Service Plumbing for an free estimate on what it would cost to fix.
The plumber arrived and quoted them a price of $ 213.00 for parts and labor. He assured my tenants that there was no charge for the estimate and to make a follow up appointment if they’d like to have the work performed.
My tenants contacted me for my approval and I told them I would arrange someone to come out and fix the issue, but we would pass on using Master Service Plumbing because the quote seemed a bit high.
Fast forward one week and I receive a call from the office manager Gabrielle. She explained that since we decided to not use their company, the free estimate was now being converted to a service call.
When I tried reasoning with her she became upset and threatened to send the invoice to collections. Mind you, this was over a $ 90.00 invoice. I politely told her that I would not budge on my stance that a free estimate is exactly what it states.
About five minutes after our call I received yet another call from the owner of Master Service Plumbing Mark. He decided to take a much more aggressive approach. Mark told me that he was not going to send the bill to collections, but instead he would be placing a Mechanical Lien on my property to «lock it up,» preventing it from a future sale.
He continued to say, «you probably have know idea what that even is, so go ahead and do an Internet search to realize we don’t $&@! around.»
Appalled at such language and his tone I quickly caught him off guard when I quoted him Nevada’s statutes for placing such a lien on a person’s property. It actually requires a minimum of $ 500.00 worth of work performed in order to meet the basic requirements.
Like a sore loser at a poker table, Mark threw his cards down when I called his bluff. He began screaming obscenities at me not knowing that my speaker phone was on and everyone in the restaurant where I was dining heard all the terrible things he had to say.
He then began to threaten me with physical violence. He said, «You’re a little punk and I dare you to come down here so I can kick your teeth in.» Still in my cool, calm and collective voice I told him how immature he was acting and someone in his position shouldn’t act so unprofessional. His response was again to challenge me to a fight while shouting more curse words.
If you’re an MMA fighter looking to train for your next bout please call Mark, but if you’re looking for a quality professional plumber I’d highly recommend a different company.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They hooked up the water lines backwards to my new tankless hot water heater. They piped hot water into the ice maker on my new refrigerator. They ripped pieces of boards out of my roof when they drilled holes to vent the hot water heater. I had to call Savage and Son to fix the plumbing mess they made. I wish I had called Savage and Son to begin with. When I called to complain about the shoddy work, the woman in the office said it was not their fault and hung up on me. The owner of Master Service Plumbing convinced me he would set up a very nice chrome drain to drain my washing machine into the shower. Now I have a big ugly galvanized pipe fitting coming through the wall of my new $ 5000 shower. They have never offered to repair anything but they keep sending me the bill for their shoddy work. Save yourself some real headaches and call Savage and Son. Unlike Master Service, they show up when they say they will and they know what they are doing.

This company is outstanding! I had a broken water line flooding the crawl space under my house. I had the water shut off so the immediate problem was at bay. I called them at 6:30 pm, got a real person on the phone, had a tech out first thing the next morning. Jason West went under the house in 8 inches of water and surveyed all the plumbing looking for the source of the leak. Turned out to be the main line just outside under the lawn. He and his partner dug it up and repaired it with in just a few hours and we were back in service. Great service, great positive attitudes, good people to know!
