Don’t forget to tell them you want the promo pricing on something otherwise you’ll be charged regular prices and then schooled on how it’s your fault because you didn’t say you wanted the 2 for 2.00 McDoubles. Obviously most people who eat at Mc Donalds would rather pay the regular price. This Mc Donalds is close to my work but every time I go I swear I will never do it again. They can’t get an order right even if it’s a single drink. Missing items, wrong orders, wrong items. I will try to remember, the next time I just have to have fries to drive the extra mile or so to the next closest Mc Donalds.

Worst McDonalds ever. Don’t waste your time or money here. The staff doesn’t care about food, or service.

This McDonald’s is a scourge of humanity. I was handed a medium drink last night after ordering a large. After asking the overweight Hispanic girl if we paid for the large, she beckons for the drink back. She gave me a large filled with small cups(found the next day). She also hesitated for a long time before she returned my debit card. When I confronted the manager, she refused to give me a refund, saying she could only offer me more pig feed used to poison the masses. A lot of lowlife trash types here. Do yourself a favor and make a sandwich at home.

Oh McDonald’s after waiting for days in the drive thru, the damn fries were still cold, soggy, and extra salty. At least my dog ate them.

This McDonald’s can never get an order right, in the handful of times I’ve been here they have not gotten an order correct, more often than not something is missing. The one time I went inside they were playing Sean Hannity, that’s in serious bad taste.

I do not like writing bad reviews but it was bad this night. I just got done hanging out with my friends and wanted food before I went home. First the wait was for ever in the drive threw I thought it was called fast food. There was only two cars in front of me so I do not know what the hold up was. For the wait at least I thought I would get hot food but no. The fries where old and stale. The burger I got was just thrown tougher with out care. All the extras to one side so the other side had nothing. I do not no what they where doing in the store. The only good thing is the people where nice. To bad you can not eat nice.

Why do I go here? I was not in the mood to cook so stopped here instead of one closer to home. Got our order from the drive through, took it home. I opened my quarter pounder and felt it taking it out of the box, it was as hard as the box it came out of. Instant rage came over me as I just stood in my living room showing Gus this mess. I decided I was not going to accept this, it is not right. I take the burger back to the store I go inside and was very calm and subdued when I spoke to the counter guy. I showed him the burger and tapped it on top and bottom, it sounded as if I were tapping the counter. I asked him, how can you serve such crap? Look it won’t even bend as I was trying to demonstrate, it splintered. So the guy just stands there staring at me. He says nothing as I was expecting some kind of response so I finally say, I want a fresh one please. He repeats to me as if I were speaking an alien language, a fresh one… I said yes a fresh one. So he takes the burger and goes to the back of the kitchen. He comes back with no burger in hand and starts waiting on other people without saying a word to me. Finally he says, it will be out in a minute. I say ok. Back to waiting on other folks as I wait. A few minutes later a female looks at me as asks, are you waiting for something? I said yes, a quarter pounder with cheese. She steps over to the spot they keep the burgers, gets one and puts in a bag and hands it to me with out saying anything. I open it up to make sure it is as it should be, it was, I left after saying thank you. The original bag had no condiments or napkins. By the time I get home all food had been eaten except my fries and they were now unheated. Never should food such as this burger be served, even if it were free, of which mine was not. No one ever acknowledged the state of the burger, nor did they say anything in way of an apology. In fact like I said, the guy at the counter just stared at me with out saying anything. I do not expect Rhodes Scholars serving me but I sure do not expect complete idiots. And McDonalds wonders why it is losing business to places like Burger King.

I went in there with five of my friends on a Saturday afternoon. None of us ordered from the dollar menu. We were normal people, looking for a normal McDonald’s experience. This McDonald’s has a nice retro look to it and the food was typical Mickey D’s and I’ve always liked Mickey D’s, what can I say. However, I was a bit put off about the sign they’ve got posted. They have rules at this McDonald’s and when you read them you begin to think they’re not very customer oriented. One of those rules said we had to eat and be on our way in thirty minutes. Well, we were there for over an hour, chatting and having a good time, while this woman behind the counter glared at us. I guess she didn’t have the courage to come and kick us out, because she had to know, if she’d done that, she would lose six customers forever. Now before you say we should have left so that we could make space for someone else. I know that. We all knew that and if the place would have filled up, we would have left, but it didn’t. The food was good. The place was clean. The atmosphere sucked. Two stars.

OK, when I first moved to Reno for a few months we didn’t have internet so my cousin, son and I would go to McDonalds for the 1st1 wk and half and I have to say. Buying a Large coke and Large fries and looking for a job for an hour or two was convenient. I loved their fries and how carbonated the coke. The staff was pretty friendly to us when ever we were there.

I was stuck across the street for hours waiting for my car to get fixed, so I killed time by wandering around the shops in this area. It was also about 98 degrees(give or take), so I decided to cool off and pop in here to use their free wifi and get a sundae. It was like a zoo — people were cutting lines, people were getting mad. It’s a McDonald’s, people! WWRMD?(What would Ronald McDonald Do? He’d tell you to calm the f*ck down and get some chicken mcnuggets.)

So I went to the McDonalds on South Virginia to get a chocolate-dipped ice cream cone with my girlfriend. The guy making the cones went ahead and touched all over them, then, with one cone in his hand, proceeded to type on the computer screen. Naturally the cone ended up pressing against the plastic screen protector, where the chocolate fused with the germs on the screen protector. All of this, of course, happened right in front of our eyes. Then the guy handed us our ice cream cones, which we quickly thew away. We thought we’d try again at the McDonalds on plumb, but apparently this guy is some sort of archetype, because like clockwork, another guy working at the plumb McDonalds wiped his nose with his glove-less hand and fiddled around with our lopsided, and I mean lopsided, dip cones. I don’t know how to integrate this experience into my life in a meaningful way.

It’s hard to imagine a Mcdonalds with high marks but this place fits the bill. It is a great place that was very retro. We had great service and enjoyed the food.

I’ve had and seen better, both for food and service. This location seems to have an old-skool architecture with big yellow arches to it, I’m guessing to model the original McDonald’s location. There’s some type of cartoon of a man or a chef with a rather gnarly expression on his face that’s plastered on the sides of the building, and he’s not Ronald McDonald. There are signs everywhere regarding no refills, no loitering, the 30 minute dine-in time limit, etc. I did get what I thought was food poisoning here a few years back, but it actually was e coli poisoning that probably resulted from a contaminated tea urn spout. So, those $ 1 extra large iced teas probably aren’t the best option here. But kinda like various Taco Bell locations around the globe, one bad ride isn’t going to stop me from going back to any given franchise as a whole. The staff seems a little on the not with it side. A few employees seem to have difficulty speaking English, and there’s a couple of others that just seem really young, probably entering the working world for the first time. 24 hour drive-thru, and the dining room is usually open from 6 am — 11 pm. What brought me to write this review was an odd experience that happened a couple of evenings ago. I walked up to the side entrance and there was a rather disoriented, perhaps crazy, individual that was standing a couple of feet inside the restaurant, holding the door wide open, and smoking a cigarette, just blowing the smoke out the door from two feet inside. Yeah, while customers were walking in and out that same door. What was worse is that he was in that same spot when I arrived, for the whole 10 minutes or so I was waiting on my to-go order, and probably after I left. Not a single staff member even batted an eye. So much for non-smoking restaurants!

Lol, the staff needs to know what’s on their menu, they have a sign by the drive thru order place for soft serve ice cream and I tried ordering it and they claimed they don’t have ice cream. Not that they were out or whatever, but they they never carry it. Weird Anyways, they usually mess up an order every other time I come here. The food is fine, I just wish the service was better.

I got lured into this place because they have some bizarre moon/burger-face man logo that I’ve never seen at a McD’s before … from Virginia you can’t see the arches or McDonalds signage and it looks like a Bob’s Big Boy! McD’s as a chain has terrible food that really can’t rise above 2* at best for nearly all of the menu, but this location is about as good as they can get — clean, spacious, pleasant employees … if this is one of those locations that has WiFi, it’s the McDonald’s Quadfecta. Oh and they’re apparently open 24 hours too. I gave up on most of the menu years ago but the $ 1 Sausage McMuffin is easily the best cheap breakfast sandwich around, and their $ 1.25 sundaes are actually pretty decent too

Quick, which is what you want from a fast food joint like McDonalds. The only complaint I have is that they messed up my kids plain cheese buger by putting ketchup on it :(

Worst Md’s in a long while. I just wanted a diet coke. No one greeted me, and no one tried to take my order. I waited for a few minutes to let them work and maybe notice me. So, no one did and I got their attention and finally got the drink. I was so annoyed.
