Not Just Furniture

I recently went into Not Just Furniture. The store was clean and well put together. The prices were very fair. I found a hutch that I wanted. Bought it and the owners were kind enough to deliver it the same day! They are friendly owners. I am looking forward to shopping there again in the future.

We had just purchased our home here and needed a sofa BADLY! My husband and I purchased a very nice sofa for under $ 200. And there was even money left over for two end tables. I not only like the price but the customer service as well!

I received the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I walked in there with my daughter and three men (who looked like they obviously worked there) were the only people in the store. They were sitting in the back and talking amongst each other. Not one of them said «hi» or approached us to ask any questions. I was so surprised with how bad the service was I stayed in there and strolled right by them to see if they would do anything. They just stared and continued to talk to each other. It made me feel as though I was not «good enough» to be served by them, which is unfortunate for them because I was actually interested in an item of theirs. But I bought a dining table and chairs at the Furniture Discounters, which is just down the street from this store. I received outstanding service over there and therefore was happy to spend an extra $ 1000 just for nice service. Too bad Not Just Furniture… I won’t ever set foot in there again.

Paul (the owner) was very professional and I sold lots of stuff! Also, there is a great selection! The owner has a good eye!

I have shopped here many times and have always found what I am looking for, and sometimes found things I didn’t even know I needed but that my house did. From my BBQ, and patio set to a dresser and book cases. The brothers that own this store are friendly, helpful and even deliver to your house. I highly recommend coming here.
