When walking in it was like winter. The place did not seem to have heating. My son and I we a bit chilly. But we had jackets on continuing our journey. We were just looking around! The further I continued to walk in the building, it began to strongly smell like cigarette smoke.
The people were welcoming to a point at the door. They asked if they can help me in a nice manner and when I said we are just looking to see if anything catches our eye. But of course I got the look. They sat down and began to talk amongst themselves.
Looking a a few prices on items, I thought they were asking reasonable prices, now that’s if the items were in new condition. Most of their product that I saw, was falling apart. There was a few items in the store that were brand new and wrapped in saran wrap. They were white dressers for kids with fabric wrapped on the dresser draws.

Horrible customer service. The store is cold. And management is rude. One person says something and another says a different thing. No organization with employees at all. After six months furniture is starting to fall apart and is impossible to try and get someone to fix it. No customer service people work on Sunday.

Although we didn’t purchase our mattress here, the people here were very nice! At the time,
we still lived in California, so when we arrived hoping to purchase the item, the establishment
was closed! Oh well, it’s still a nice business,…when they’re open!

Very nice people. It’s a deep discount furnishing store so the styles are a little dated, but they have many pieces that are still very nice and good quality. There is a lot to choose from and the gentleman who helped us gave us a great price on a bed frame and a daybed.

Walked in after visiting Ashley Furniture and was immediately greeted by Tim. He asked us how we were doing and what we were looking for, I told him darker color, sectional, under a thousand dollars. He looked around and found things close to what we wanted, but they had just sold what we were looking for a couple weeks ago. Darn. Then he said if we’d be willing to switch to a sofa/​love seat that he’d have a ton more to show us.
Why not? He takes us to a combo that is completely perfect, and it fit into the budget. While I was sad it wasn’t a sectional, he did point out to me that unless we constantly have guests (we don’t) that space is going to be for junk, good point, and made my girlfriend and I realize that we already have something to put in it’s place. Awesome!
I had to leave the store for about an hour and Tim said it wasn’t a problem, gave me his card, and his schedule so I would be able to talk to him again, and made sure that we were taken care of.
I can’t express how amazing the service was today, from the moment we walked in the door, until we purchased the combo, Tim was friendly, courteous, real, and a complete pleasure to work with. We will be going to him for any furniture purchases in the future, guaranteed.
