This Location by far sets the standards of what a port of subs should be. The staff will greet you with a warm hello and craft your sandwich to your liking. They even have large romaine leaves to substitute for bread if you are gluten free or just avoiding bread in general. The establishment is very clean inside. I noticed all the stainless steel in the dining room is polished and there are no finger prints or particles of sandwiches smeared across it. The chairs and booths are wiped clean and sanitized and the bathrooms are just as impeccably presentable. I highly recommend this location, and would like to thank the store managers and employees for taking cleanliness and sanitation so seriously, along with serving quality sandwiches and soups!

All of the times I have been here so far the visit has been good and service has been good and the appearance and attitude of the employees was very acceptable. I don’t know why this port of sub’s hasn’t had more reviews, and good reviews at that. I mean cmon people what happened to the good old fashioned sandwich lovers go? Port of sub’s is and always will be on top of the food chain, maybe clear acre is no longer a good business location. I will always go to port of sub’s no matter how far I have to travel.

Ugh! WHYDOWECOMEHERE?! We’ve come here 3 times now and for the life of me, I can’t figure out why. I mean other than the fact that sometimes we are just so tired and the only thing that sounds good on our way home is sandwiches. But then we get home and think«ugh,». Our food is never right and it’s just exhausting putting up with terrible service. The employees are rude, albeit the majority of them are young; teens to early 20’s… but seriously, when did age become an excuse to just be flipping rude and unprofessional? I don’t really care if it’s not a five star restaurant or that they’re young, do your damn job. I don’t want to hear about«So and so did this,» or «did you hear about what happened to JimBob?» Of course not the actual name but I didn’t care enough to retain that info. All they do is gossip here right in front of the customers and then have to ask us 10 times what it was we wanted. They huff and puff when you ask for certain things, like avocado for instance. They nearly always get the order. I mean, this is their job and they seriously treat you like you’re wasting their time. And GODFORBID you go through the drive through. They may just decide they don’t want to listen and straight tell you to pull up. Grrr it’s so frustrating. But I’m having a bad day so I know this is not coming off as eloquently as I’d hope but I am hoping you get the point. Super unprofessional, super rude and not worth your money. Drive a little further and go for another Port of Subs. Except the one on Stead Blvd. Don’t go there. Ick.
