Very disappointed with floral department at North Hills store. Poor service and very little creativity for my step daughter 8th grade graduation Wrist Corsage. Next time I we will go to a Real Floral Shop. The Raleys in Sparks has by far the best customer service and they go an extra step to help you get what you need, but too far for us to shop there.

I enjoy the variety of items they stock. The produce area is nice, not really big but they do have fresh produce and a good variety. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I do not shop here regularly but I have been going here more often as I have discovered that they carry many items that I like.

Raley’s Pizza is the best kept secret in the North Valleys! Their margarita pizza is covered in thick slices of soft, fresh mozzarella and is my family’s favorite! Take and bake, but better than any deli or delivery pizza, hands down!

There was a time when this Raley’s would have earned a 5 star review from me. I’ve shopped here ever since I moved to the North Valleys in 1988, and I’ve come to know many of the checkers, managers, and other staff well. That was until they all left, retired, or were moved to other locations. Now, all the«friends» I knew are gone, and the new people just aren’t the same. Raley’s gave up hiring full-timers like the old days, and the new part-timers don’t have the same attitude or work ethics that created such a family atmosphere. It just isn’t the same to shop there, but we keep going back because we know the store and the items. That brings me to the heart of the matter, the store itself. I have always found Raley’s meat and produce to be superior. People say Raley’s is more expensive, but I think you get what you pay for, and they have sales every week, that I watch and use. They also have house brands that are very good, and usually less than the name brands. When I could cook, they also had a lot of very good unusual items that I could use to experiment in my recipes, and I liked that immensely. They still continue to come out with«gourmet» stuff that I like to try, which drives my husband crazy, because he does most of the shopping now, and he can’t find them half the time! Still, this location is conveinent for us, we know where everything is, and it’s always clean, organized, and people are freindly, at least in the store. My husband has invented a term for the people who work here now, he calls it «the Raley’s syndrome.» They are friendly to you in the store, but it fhey pass you in the parking lot, they can’t give you the time of day. Unfortunately, that seems to be the normal for customer service in many different locations these days, so I guess it’s spreading. That’s not the way it used to be here, and I’m sad to say that Raley’s isn’t the same any more. They say that customer service starts from the top down, so I guess the family run Raley’s isn’t the same anymore, either.

This Raleys is pretty close to my house so I go to it often. Yes it’s a bit pricey, but if you watch what your shopping for then you won’t break the bank. The pharmacy is nice and I didn’t have my wallet and I needed to pay for my daughters prescription and one of the pharmacists offered to pay. Soooo nice. I couldn’t believe it. I thanked and thanked her. And of course I paid her back the next time I came in there. Another time I was shopping I forgot my wallet again. And I was buying dinner for us and a customer behind me paid for my groceries and said to just pay it forward. Amazing. Such great experiences here. Only thing is when there’s long lines they need checkers and more baggers to help there checkers.

Raleys will always be my #1 choice of grocery stores. They have gone out of their way in the bakery department to make a beautiful cake for my father in laws wedding and they don’t even do wedding cakes! The ladies at the deli counter are always so helpful and the checkers recognize and greet you by name. Raleys is one of the more expensive grocery stores here in town, however I always get the quality that matches the price. Plus, with their rewards program, I am constantly getting e-cooks and my payback voucher. It just kills me when I have to run into another grocery store… I am 100% team Raleys!

Nice clean grocery store. A little on the pricey your side but their meats and vegetables and fruit are worth it. They do carry have their own name brand of stuff and that helps with expense some.

This is my goto market near the house. Sure Safeway is closer, but I just like the flow and the people that work here. I mainly buy dried goods, some produce and meat, and some of their deli selection is good(i’m talking about you Fully Loaded Potato Salad.) The deal with their new rewards card is good and if you spend $ 150 on qualified items you’ll get a $.50 off per gallon at their Aisle gas station.

Always very clean. I get the wine here that I cant find at other stores. They use to have a to «die for cake», but now every time I go in they dont have it anymore or are always out.

Tammy in the Deli, needs a vacation, or a different job. She is impatient, irritated with customers, and basically a real poor representation of customer service. I have been here 3 times and been made sandwiches by her, every time she is clearly irritated to be doing her job. simple questions are met with irritated impatience, she does not seem to give a shit about even trying to be nice. Sandwich is just thrown together, mustard and mayo are just a «pile» in the center of sandwich, no effort to even cover the entire area. I’ll have to dissasemble it and spread it around before I eat it. Just a black cloud of negative attitude. Get a job you like, life is too short. I am a BIG Raley’s fan, and their sandwiches can kick ass. But this one person is not in step with the usual friendly attitude that most Raleys employees have,…Not even close… a serious attitude adjustment is in order, or a different job. Her attitude is a black mark on the standards they usually have.

It’s clean and nice and has some good prices on meat cuts. I haven’t tried the Peets in the store, but it looks nice and I can get everything I pretty much need. Saves me time from shopping somewhere else.

Love this place. Everyone that works there is very helpful, friendly and courteous. Fairly priced with a great selection. I was able to purchase a sleeping bag, lightbulbs, baby food, wipes and some ice cream all in one stop. Wish they had a larger produce section. The other day we received a coupon for a free family dinner of chicken. No strings attached, an $ 11 value. Needless to say, I was happy that I didn’t have to make dinner that night. Overall, love it.

High quality food. Great vegitarian/Vegan section. Has cruelty Free eggs and products available(please buy only brands that have the cruelty free mark on them). Helpful staff. Very busy though so be prepared to have to bag your own food sometimes.

This supermarket has a pretty amazing selection for the location. Things were fresh and there are many surprising items not typically found at the average supermarket. It is a great stop when heading to my friend’s house in the Sierras where food stores are small and generally don’t have as much selection.

Peets Coffee, Awesome never a line to get my favorite coffee, friendly staff, pasterys donuts and bagles. A sitting area if you want to relax. A gem!

This is the best grocery store I’ve ever been to. I’m in there all the time and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The produce and meats are top-notch and the prices are easy to handle, even on a college budget.

This store is nice inside. Always seems clean and the staff are nice. I like the natural foods section, and hope they can expand it more in the near future. I am glad that they offer some specialty items, but it is a bit on the expensive side. The pharmacy dept is good at getting your prescriptions done fast, and if they don’t have the medicine they will call around for you. Being a mother of two, that is very helpful… thanks!

Closest supermarket to my house so I’m here a lot. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable. A+ for customer service. Biggest gripe is prices. EVERYTHING is expensive here. If I need anymore than 2 items, I go elsewhere but when I just need something quick, I go here. Also has a Peet’s coffee inside.
