Reno Tahoe Reiki

I had my first reiki experience with Teresa. It was wonderful! Truly relaxing. I was unsure about what to expect. Teresa took the time to talk with me about her practice and really put my mind at ease before getting started. After the session she talked with me again about some of the things she sensed energetically. It was amazing. I will definitely be back!

Teresa is amazing! She is so gifted. She has helped me to get more balanced and centered through Reiki. She is so kind and caring and has wonderful energy. I would HIGHLY recommend going to her for energy healing/​balancing. I tell everyone about her and the four friends who have gone to her felt she was just as amazing as I do. I go about every two month and it has helped me to stay more centered and peaceful.

Having had Reiki off and on for over a year from Teresa, her Reiki work is excellent and I recommend her highly. I used to visit her when she was working at her South McCarran address, and I’d follow her anywhere at this point. After about a year I started getting interested in how I could give myself some of the benefits of Reiki. Interestingly enough she mentioned to me that she actually teaches Reiki level training as well, so I got in as soon as I could.
The two day class Teresa was more than an eye opening experience. The class was set in a comfortable environment and over the course of two instruction filled days, I was impressed with how Teresa was so personal and informative. You can tell she is excited about every part of what she does, and she has the confidence to teach her ideas well. After the weekend, I felt like I had super powers in a way — being able to calm myself, manage physical pain and lower stress in this entirely new method for me is very cool indeed. Highly recommended if you bring an open mind.

I’d follow Teresa anywhere and this new location is the best! I’ve been seeing Teresa for Reiki for a couple of years now and I became so hooked that I took her Reiki First Attunement class. Not only is she a wonderful, healing practitioner but if you want to know about Reiki more in depth, she is an amazing teacher.
I can’t highly recommend her enough. Health-​wise, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Thank you!!!

If you haven’t tried Reiki, you owe it to yourself to give it a try. Even if you have tried it, I encourage you to see Teresa. Teresa is amazing! She has a wonderful approach, very positive, and always so healing. Reiki is a gentle, light-​touch session (30 or 60 minutes) of energy balancing and calling good things to your life. For me, it is better than a massage, because it reaches my spirit and soul, as well as my body.
I have been seeing Teresa regularly for almost a year and a half now, and have followed her to this new location, which is her best ever. The space is very warm and welcoming, you just feel at peace as soon as you open the door. Her Reiki room is calming and tranquil. I typically go every 3 weeks for 60 minutes, but the timing is completely up to you. Reiki is intensely personal, and everyone will have a different experience, which is why I love it. No two sessions are the same, and each time, I uncover something new and exciting about my journey. I find that I sleep better, I feel better physically and emotionally, and I deal with the good things and challenges in my life in new and healthier ways.
I feel very blessed to have Teresa in my life, she has really helped me uncover my potential and my dreams. She is a genuinely kind, caring, compassionate and uplifting person. I’m so excited that she has found her new location at the Sanctuary, as this space fits her perfectly. I can’t wait for my next session already!
