We were customers for over 10 years — the price and quick turnaround kept us coming back. Recently, their clothes started smelling MUSTY. Apparently the machine was broken and it took months to be repaired. It was «allegedly» repaired, but the clothes smelled exactly the same. You can smell the dank scent the minute you walk in the door. I wrote a letter to the owner, who never responded. The employee I talked with said he thought the machine was fixed «good enough» and that he didn’t want to talk to me about it. That’s not how you run a business and certainly not how you treat a decade-​long customer! Terrible service, terrible quality. I really think someone needs to look into the cleanliness and health safety standards of that place.

They do all the cleaning on site.
I have never had any problems with their work. The one time that the spot
did not come out, I told them and they redid it with no problems.
I use them often to wash, starch and iron chef uniforms for students.
They always have them white and get out the food that appears everywhere on the uniforms.
The staff is friendly,
They are busy between 4 – 6 for all of those that drop off each morning and pick up the same day.

Awful! They stained two of my shirts then tried three times to remove stains. Didn’t work. Manager would never even return my calls to discuss the problem. It was clear they did not care at all!

Please don’t dry clean at this place they are horrible. My husband and I had a wedding to attend so we decided to dry clean a nice shirt and slacks (both expensive). To my surprise when I went to pick them up the pants had been totally ruined, they had a lot of smudges and stains all over. The staff tried to blame it on us stating that the stains were already on the there prior to bringing them here. I said excuse me but don’t try to pin this mistake you made on me. I complained but they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I left & was furious. We had to buy new pants. If I could give this horrible place «0» rating I would ;(

Wish I had read the reviews first before taking in my dress. It’s now a faded color of coral instead of the bright coral it was and looks worse then when I dropped it off. My boyfriend’s suit still has the stains on it that were there when we brought it in. DO NOT GO THERE. the cheap cost is not worth them ruining your clothes.

Good turnaround time, but NOT a quality dry cleaner. They put creases in the wrong place on several pairs of my pants so that there were two creases down the front and back; it looks sloppy. Also, they bent the zipper on one pair, rendering the pants unwearable. I ignored the bad reviews for this place and I regret it. Seriously, don’t go here just because it’s cheap — you will regret it too!

It’s no secret that I’m a simple guy. Dry cleaning my clothes qualifies as super simple (or lazy depending on your point of view, but we are talking about my point of view right now).
I love this place — Drop off in the morning on my way to work, pre-​pay at on $ 2.75/garment and come back in on my way home and pick em up. Now that’s simple. The location is great — Right off the freeway with easy in and out and ample parking. I have never had one bad experience, one lost shirt, one stain not removed, nothing on the negative. It’s inexpensive and they do a good job quickly. What else is there?
I almost forgot!!! There’s a kicker — Unilocal check-​in deal is get one free with drop off of 4. C’mon man… That’s a deal!

It is rare that I ever write a bad review but these people are horrible. The worst experience of my life. Bad repair jobs, unreliable, and very unprofessional. They lost my clothes and were 0% helpful over the phone. I had to drive down there and talk to 2 diiferent people before they could figure out where my missing items were.
Inexpensive, yes. Worth it? NO! Save your time, and clothes and go somehwere else.

Going to a cleaners is a matter of trust. You get a claim check and you asume you will get your items back. At least that is how it normally works. We took a decorative quilt and runner to Save-​On and guess what — they lost it –of ocurse to a rational person lost is probably an inappropriate term. Now the second assumption, you expect resonible response to a lost item. Save-​On has been totally unresponsive and hide in the back and do not return phone calls. I would assume that they think someone would never file police and court reports over an item left at a cleaners. They are wrong!

This place RUINED a cream trench coat I took to them. It came back with these strange oily-​looking spots on the sleeves and some small colored spots in various places. I won’t be back and I don’t recommend taking anything there you can’t replace.
