Probably the best shop in the venue. The nicest and more permanent«booth» and largest. The wine bar has a nice stone floor with several low and high tables to sit at. The long bar accommodates a dozen patrons. Menus for the available wines and beers are easily accessible and also posted on a large flat screen tv. Nice touch to find purse hooks under the bar counter. The wine selection comes from wine areas closer to the Reno area– Nevada City, Plymouth and Lodi. Showcasing wines that you may not be familiar with and giving you a chance to try is a unique aspect of this wine bar. Staff was very personable, getting a chance to try the unfamiliar wine before purchasing a glass or bottle. The Malbec I had was nice, rich and easy to sip at just $ 7. My hubby enjoyed his Muscato that wasn’t too sweet for $ 5. Hours are a little different because the wine bar can only be open when the marketplace is open. Stop in and say hi to Tony some time.
