Extremely rude customer service, I wasnt clear about instructions for verification since my order got flagged. I tried voice verification and it did not work! I tried to live chat but it kept saying email was sent, so I was not sure what was happening. When I called customer service, they were rude, and just repeated that they sent an email. When I told them I have not received an email, and I could us instructions since the voice verification did not work, she kept interrupting me, asked me to reply to the email with photo ID(email that I have not received) and hung up on without letting me finish a sentence!
