Lesley is amazing! We were locked out of an air bnb in the freezing cold and called Lesley. She got up immediately and was willing to drive over an hour just because she wanted to help us out. So helpful and such a wonderful person!

Recommended: Lesley
Not Recommended: Drunk girlfriend who gets mad for no reason (like seriously no reason) and throws your keys into the bushes. There were spiders in there.
Lesley was there in 15 minutes. Popped the door, charged what she said she would, and rode off into the sunset (actually it was really dark). She was definitely my favorite part of that vacation.

Leslie is easy going, optimistic and on time. Take my word on it whether your in Sparks, Reno, Carson City and surrounding areas she will bail you out of flooded basement if needed with a spoon!

This business is the most honest and trustworthy key cut in town!!! I call Valley key and Lock and what happens she is there within minutes! My favorite she is local! Keep your business local like I don’t!!! Thank Lesley for all the free over the phone advise and all the business locks change and my house! I will never go back to another!!!

Called in the morning, she gave a few suggestions to save the price of service call and unfortunately that didn’t fix the problem. She came out, was friendly and had the lock fix in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

Holy child Early Learning Center was so greatfull to have Lesley come right out and open the car door for one of our teachers! She was on her way to Urgent care with her 15 month old and locked the keys and the child in the car. Lesley responded quickly and had them out in under 2 minutes! Thank you you saved the day! This is by far the best locksmith we have in town not to mention dependable with great customer service!
