Expensive! $ 150 for Tracy to snake a drain and another guy to watch for a job that was completed in less than five minutes– and no warranty of work. And the owner wouldn’t consider giving us what the prevailing cost of this type of work — $ 80 – 90. Will not be returning!

I called the office at 11:00 a.m. Steve called and confirmed what time he would arrive, job was completed by 2:00 p.m.
Very happy customer, will definitely call this company again.

They do a fine job on emergency plumbing repair, but they charge a fortune and often trick you into buying parts/​items you really don’t need. We had a burst water faucet (handle popped off, water shot out) and while they installed a new faucet, they replaced another one that was working perfectly and didn’t even ask permission to do it! I asked the technician why he was replacing another faucet and he claimed the same thing would happen as it did to the first one because they are constructed the same way. But I doubt this would have been the case since the first faucet was heavily mis-​used. I think abusing any faucet would cause it to break. We paid about $ 1000 altogether when it should have been half as much. They are definitely not honest, so if you order their service, be sure to ask questions and find out if you are over-​paying. Otherwise, I recommend calling someone else.

I would like add something about the replacement faucet.
The one they installed was a pop-​up drain and it malfunctioned within a week! The technician came over and «fixed» it by warping the steel to remain up and it didn’t close all the way. The handle was left crooked too.
About 2 years later, the pop up plug failed again and now we have to use a screw to hold the plug up until we get another repair done. I will probably fix it myself.
Honestly, the old faucet was much higher quality and I wish we still had it.
This company is very sneaky in their business tactics, but I realize many plumbing services do this. So I am extra careful about monitoring anyone who comes over to repair something and will ask questions if or when they attempt to install something unnecessary.

So when it was extremely cold and snowing like crazy last winter, of course my water pipe had to burst and I was looking for a plumber. I googled and found many different companies. I called about 5 places but everyone gave me 48 hours since they were very busy, running like a chicken head cut off which was understandable considering the cold weather and snow we had in Reno. The problem was, I wanted to get it fixed the same day.
And yes, I found one. This was the only place that was able to send someone the same day. She said any house with absolutely no water gets the same day service no matter what and she told me it would be in the later evening around 9 pm which I had no problem with as long as I had water.
He was on time and he was very professional. He found the problem right away, fixed it the same day, and we had water. Thank god. The price was reasonable too.
I had to use this company again the other day (not an emergency this time) and again, I am very satisfied with their service. I highly recommend it if you need any plumbing work.
