If I can provide NO stars I would. First of all they told me they accepted my ins, however failed to mention they’re not a preferred provider(way to lure in a customer). I had to pay so much since I went out of network. Not only that, but the Doctor did not even do a great job with my exam. My exam was done literally in 2 minutes. The older gal that sits right in front of his office told me that I will have a discount if I come back within 3 months for my contacts. So when I called in the next week to schedule an appt«Brian» said there’s no such thing. I finally was able to get a hold of the same lady whom told me that the reason why I get the«discount» is because I do not have to pay for the exam again since it was recently done. so I just have to pay for contact trail and fitting. So I went in the next day to have that done. Seriously, the doctor did not even touch me. He came in and just handed me the trial piece.(Supposedly, he’s professional and know how to estimate it very well.) Well that is definitely a lie. Because I was unable to see anything at all with these contacts. I called them to let them know and the same gal told me to «make sure to wear your contacts» and come in so Doctor may check it. I literally left work early that day for my appt with them. Well hey guess what? The doctor came out of his office and made me look stupid. He said I did not have to wear them. He then said that because my «real» script was out he had to give me script that was closest to my vision… WELLGEEZTHANKS! «Brian» then took my script and ordered me the correct script for my eyes. That was on 5÷1÷14. Well today is 5÷20÷14. I just got off the phone with them and he said it still have not arrived. He said its not in their control. I had to pay extra cash for these darn«Fittings + Trial Piece». My script will expire in 6 months because of their lame services. The doctor is nothing but a joke!!! After paying an arm and a leg. I received a bill from them asking for another $ 16. Where is this coming from… What a RIPOFF! neveer ever returning here again! I may not have to sit in the waiting room for long. But I can see why. The doctor is not even examining you! The glasses I currently have with them sucks and it hurt my eyes!

They are good for a quick pair of glasses. To really get your eyes checked I’d suggest a place with more of an office setting.

In my previous 5 star reviews I spoke of the honest eye doc and the amazing customer service provided by the blonde woman with glasses. I also told people to avoid the man that works in the sales side because of this terrible customer service. 1)The honest eye doc is no longer there 2) That man with the terrible customer service skills from last time still works there. This time around he had the nerve to complain about me like I wasn’t sitting 5 feet from him. He was upset because I accidentally forgot my insurance card at home. I have been coming here for years and years and have always had the same insurance. It was pulled up on their computer in about 15 seconds, yet he had the nerve to complain about it to his co-worker for over 5 minuets straight while I waited clearly in hearing distance. If you have 5min to stand there and complain, you have 15 seconds to look up my info. Geez, sorry. Way to treat one of your few loyal customers. This is the same guy that messed up insurance billing last time(I did have my card) and I had to spend hours on the phone correcting it. He just sucks at his job, especially at customer service. Dude, Just because they are located inside a Walmart doesn’t mean they have to provide Walmart Service. I have insurance so I pay the same no matter where I go. The only reason I came here for years and years is because of the old eye doc and the blonde woman with glasses. They knew how to provide good customer service. I wish I could only deal with the blonde woman with glasses but that guy is always there. Lesson learned. Avoid anything Walmart related.

I highly recommend the eye glass doctor and the ladies in the vision center. We bought glasses for 3 of my four boys and they were very helpful and have gone out of thier way to fix glasses or get new frames on the spot.
