Friendly staff & wonderful service! Dr Chen thoroughly explains work that needs to be performed & is Very professional. Highly recommed.

Very nice building, private parking lot, and friendly staff! I and my boyfriend had our first appointments here for X-​Rays, a check-​up, and teeth cleaning. We made our appointments easily and our gave them our insurance information in advance so we just had to check in and fill out some basic forms when we arrived.
The facilities and the waiting room are very nice. There is also a Keurig for hot coffee/​tea, and bottled water in the mini fridge.
Katherine did my initial exam, X-​rays, and teeth cleaning/​polishing and she was great to talk to and made me feel very comfortable! Dr. Chen came in later to do the rest of the check-​up and made some recommendations on what I could do to fix some chips I had in my teeth.
The front desk provided me with an estimate on what the out-​of-​pocket expenses would be if I wanted to address some of the items to improve my «smile» so I’ll be booking something in the near future to follow up.

This place is great, amazing service from front desk, hygienist, and Dr. Chen herself. They explained what they were doing and why (which I find very helpful, not everyone does that). Dr. Chen never made me feel rushed and answered all my questions/​concerns. She took her time reviewing x-​rays with me and pointing everything out. Very happy with my decision to come here, thank you inspired dentistry!

Such a great place full of people who care and greet you as soon as you walk in. I really enjoyed coming here and will be returning.

Just had my first experience with Dr. Chen. I have had many bad experiences with dentists in the past, but this will not be on that list. All the staff here is friendly and very informative. Dr. Chen answered all of my questions with patience and sincerity. You can tell she loves what she does. I’ll be doing all my future business here.

My previous dentist whom I have been with for many years is on the verge of retiring. I needed to find a new dentist with whom I can go to and trust for years to come.
I did an online search for dentists near my home and Inspired Dentistry came up on the search with great reviews. Well, all the 5 star reviews are spot on. I just had my first appointment today and I wish I had been going to Dr Chen’s office much sooner.
The dental office is immaculate. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and just plain fantastic. Jessica helped me with all my paperwork, insurance and referrals. Kathy (RDH) and Dr Chen are very knowledgeable and comforting. Out of all the dentist out there I’m so glad I went picked Inspired Dentistry.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Chen and her amazing staff for at least 13 years! Dr. Chen and all the employees are professional, detailed, and they have the best patient care and quality of concern that I doubt you’ll find with other’s. They are preventative, honest and fair! Fantastic staff! Dr Chen, Kathy and the entire staff are so patient focused. I have been a loyal customer since before day 1 and I just took my 1 year old son for his first visit. I’m happy to know that he’ll never be afraid to go to the dentist! :) ps. The facilities are amazing and very high tech.

Recommended by a family member, I had my first appointment last week. Dr. Chen is very soft spoken and professional. Love the hygienist! Super friendly and did a great job cleaning. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly as well. Overall its a great place.

The place is the best I have ever been to. Dr. Chen is professional. And her hygienist Kathy is so friendly and patient. She explained every single things, we even had a little chat while we were waiting for Dr.Chen.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I have been with Dr. Chen for about 16 years. She is the only DDS my husband will see. She is kind, gentle and patient. Everyone is great! All explain procedures and are knowledgeable about insurance coverage. Dr Chen is great, informative, very much cares about her patients.

Dr Alice Chen has made me several beautiful porcelain crowns! They look so real that no one has any idea I have them! The other wonderful thing is that when she or her hygienist get me numb I barely feel a thing. I am a real baby when it comes to the dentist! Oh also she called me personally after an appointment to check on me! Great dentist, I will go to her forever!

Dr. Chen has been my dentist for the past 10 years. She is a wonderful dentist and I am excited she has gone out on her own! If you are in need of a new dentist, this is the place!
