I’ve used the cleaners for years and was very happy but lately their work had been sloppy my suits don’t look pressed and I was charged $ 31 for a suit and shirt to be cleaned and pressed

Stopped going here after correcting their work multiple times. Of course they offer to fix it, but when it was happening with every batch of shirts, started defeating the purpose of taking them somewhere.
Plus, the many broken buttons, writing in the clothes without permission just got too old.
Their stain removal was mediocre at best.

I took a khaki uniform shirt with a splatter of small stains. They were able to give me same day service but most of the stains were still there. After about 5 – 10 min of working it with cold water at home and they were gone. The shirt also had a large wrinkle on the back.

Used once so far and got shirts back with wrinkles… I returned them and asked for the problem to be fixed in an hour — not tomorrow… Because I need to wear this clothing starting tomorrow at 5am… Also, they left big holes at the bottom of the shirt with their little tag which they use to identify the piece of clothing. I wish I’d know that ahead of time…
Sadly, it came back only slightly better. I’ve found a better cleaners (with higher ratings) in Renton and prefer to go there now.

First time using a dry cleaners. I needed 5 clean dress shirts ironed and had them back in less than an hour. The price and service were the best parts of the experience and I will return! Did have some minor creases in the shirts that I don’t believe were supposed to be there but I’ve seen this on other shirts from other places.

Excellent dry clean service, very polite and always helpful.
Turn around is about 3 days, however they do offer 1 hr service which is great.
Have used their services since I moved to Seattle, and never been disappointed.
Have had alterations done, and they do repairs also but haven’t used that service.
Reasonable prices too.
