Very expensive and my clothes don’t look clean — the location is close to Fred Myers so that is handy

Every time I show up for drop off service, the owner is gone. When I call to ask what the drop-​off and pick up times are, the owner asks when I want to come like I need to set an appointment to pick up my laundry. Who wants that?! I want the convenience of having a wide time span to show up. I want to be able to stop for coffee on my way and not feel rushed to make my laundry appointment. She made me commit to an exact time and said on my way out «don’t be late!» It’s quite ridiculous and inconvenient.

I have an extra large (king size) Sherpa fleece comforter that wouldn’t fit inside my washing machine at home so I went around sunset boulevard in Renton to a couple places to find out their large machines were busted. So I drove up the hill to Benson and came here to find out that I can drop off a comforter and have it cleaned and come back to pick it up for $ 17.50 which is pretty much the same I would spend in change washing and drying it. The owner gave me a lock combo to keep my belongings in a cabinet away from others and even sent me a text message when it was ready for pick up. She was simply amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I asked for her business card because I definitely plan on coming back. I highly recommend this place. Vonna was really sweet!

Very clean fast washers and dryers. Prices are a bit high .25 cents for 4 minutes of drying. They have smaller regular washers for $ 2.50 + an additional .25 cents for hot water. They have bigger units for $ 5.50, $ 3.50 and $ 4.50. I’ll probably come back to do bigger items.

Never had to use a laundromat before but after using this place I would highly recommend, clean facility and the woman working there was extremely helpful and kind to a first timer like me. Price was a little steep from what I’ve payed at apartment complexes but that was to be expected. Great job!

Pleasantly surprised, it’s clean, well lit, and conveniently located in a shopping center, can do your banking, get your Sbux fix, or snd shopping at the same time.
Machines are fairly new, including large Electrolux dryers, $ 5.50, $ 4.50, & $ 2.50 per load depending on size. Dryer is $.25 for 4 minutes, but it’s really fast. Plenty of baskets, and coin exchange machines.
Bathroom was clean, and the attendant was very informative and friendly.
Only 3 folding tables 1 large, and 2 small ones, though they have a coin operated laundry soap & softener disperser, they lack bleach.
Overall, it’s one of the best laundromats I’ve been, though smaller in size than most.

There are a lot of washers and dryers but no modern conveniences (e.g. Credit card enabled machines), 5 chairs, machines don’t seem to be well maintained. As soon as I added sops it started to drip into machine. For me, It’s considerably shabby and I’ll happily travel further away next time.

The lady who runs the store is very nice and welcomes you in and points you to open machines. The place was packed so it was good to know which machines were open. The owner strikes up conversation with customers as they sit and wait for their clothes making the atmosphere seem very homely and welcoming. I’m gonna come here more often haha or at least if the washing machine stays broke. This is a good spot.
