Chianti Apartments

After living here for several years I realize this complex has been a waste of time. There are zero amenities which is funny because according to their online site «friendly on-​site management» is listed under amenities. You’d think out of all things Bona Vista could at least hire a employee or two to staff the office. The office is open two days a week… sometimes…and that wouldn’t matter anyway because open hours are during the time most people work. Might I add that’s on Tuesday and Thursday. They close at 5, who is home by then?! I have to get things shipped to a friend or family members house just to pick it up. This isn’t the service I paid for when I first moved in and it shouldn’t be now, specially when my rent has gone up a few hundred dollars since. Should I stop there? No, no, no, parking is a joke, Constant door dings and people parking in your spot. There is a basketball court you can have your kids play at… that is if they like to play imaginary basketball… there is no hoop so you can score 3’s all day! Neighbors are loud but that’s apartment living for you. What’s most frustrating about living at chianti is the apartment management or lack there of. Issues are rarely resolved simply because there is no one to contact. I can’t tell you how many new apartment managers have been through here. I hope that bona vista reads this and takes our concerns serious. The apartments themselves are very nice and spacious but the «on site management» is a straight up lie. I can’t even get a reply via email with the apartment manager. Way to take care of your tenants Bona Vista hope I encourage others to not make the same mistake we have!

A year later and I get a call for owing money when at the time they told me everything was in good order. Such bad ppl trying to rob me.
