I placed an ad on Craigslist looking for a house cleaner and this person emailed me with a long detailed email about their services. I made an appointment and they canceled by email the morning they were supposed to show up, stating they were sick. We rescheduled for the following week. I confirmed and Cindy replied stating she would be there for sure at 8am Tuesday. It is now 11am and calls to her number state she is not accepting calls — yikes. I guess I should be more careful with Craigslist ads, but I would definitely not use Cindy’s Cleaning Service or give out info to emails from her company repeatedly stating ‘deep clean’ etc.
