HORRIBLE SERVICE AND STAFF WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! Could not get the vehicle we booked 2 months ahead because I had no credit card, only debit which it never previously specified. They were rude and did not care… ended up having to pay 150 more than expected at the airport BUDGET who was super nice and friendly and helped us get the car right away, glad they turned us away so rudely, never choosing enterprise again, always going through BUDGET FROM NOW ON

I had reserved a full size sedan for pick up on 7÷21÷2015. Upon arrival I was upgraded to a standard SUV for less than $ 5 a day. Check in was fast and efficient. Vehicle was clean and ready to go. Returned the car a week later and check out was also fast and efficient. Will rent from Enterprise Grady Way anytime I return to the Seattle area. Great car, exceptional service!!!

Well I’ve never rated a place one star until now. I honestly believe that this car rental establishment runs a scam with their incompetent Branch Manager leading the way.
I come to Seattle on business frequently and decided to rent a car for the weekend. I had no problems setting up a reservation at a good rate and when reserving confirmed with rental agent Enterprise pick-​up/​drop-​off from my hotel. I had no issues getting picked up from my hotel since it was literally 2 miles away. The car was a nice rental and I made sure to confirm with rental agent that I could get dropped off by Enterprise at my hotel following rental car return to which they said no problem and assured me no issues.
Murphy’s law, my girlfriend returns the car and requested to be dropped off at our hotel (2 miles away) and the staff chuckled and said no, to include the Branch Manager. They stated that they can’t drop off my girlfriend at our hotel because their policy prevents them from dropping her off at our hotel and it’s illegal for them. However, they offered to call a cab. She showed them on her phone GPS map to clarify where our hotel was and where I got picked up… still they said no with the staff snickering. The most frustrating part of the experience is that the Branch Manager refused to apologize or admit fault and clearly didn’t care. Luckily my girlfriend called our hotel shuttle they went our of their way to pick her up.
She mentioned that the hotel shuttle said this happens frequently with Enterprise and that they’re not surprised they had to yet again pick up another victim. Also, another customer in line with her had the same problem. I called the Branch Manager to discuss incident and he insisted mis-​communication and blamed my girlfriend; he never apologized or admitted fault. Oh yeah, did I mention they had no problem picking me up for their business!!!
Enterprise will pick you up for business but kick you to the curb once you drop their car off. They have deceptive practices and I made sure to inform their company/​warn my colleagues and friends.

Renting a car went smoothly from beginning to end. They picked me up at work and drove me to their office. I left about 20 minutes later with my rental. Brought it back the next day and was checked in promptly and driven back to my workplace.
I found the employees friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent here again.

Rented a mini van from here and camped out of it for a week. Matt was very helpful with suggestions and even helped with directions to get around traffic in the city which worked out perfectly. I would defiantly use them again. Thanks Matt!

After posting my review here and sending a complaint to Enterprise via their website, I was contacted by Dan, the local manager of this branch. I was busy at work so I couldn’t really go into detail about what happen (but if he got the email I sent Enterprise Corp, he would know without me saying any more). But he did apologize for the problems we encountered and promised he would talk to his staff about the issues. He also stated to contact him whether there was anything he could to do make up for difficulties.
After some time and decisions with my husband, I put in my request for restitution and Dan honored the request. For that, I appreciate his follow-​up call and follow through with the restitution. It makes me feel he wanted to keep us as customers when it is very easy to just blow us off.
Will have to come back again to see if this branch warrants getting a fifth star or not.

Best car buying experience ive ever had. Mandy Randev was knowledgeable, courtious, and on point with every detail of the car buying process. There was never a moment where i felt pressured or pushed into buying a car outside my means. I will defiantly be recommending Enterpeise car sales and Mandy Randev to my friends and family. Thank you for all your help!

(Our second experience at Enterprise)
Recently my girlfriend had bought a car from Enterprise on Grady Way. Not even a week later she decided the choice she made was not working out for her so we went back and Chris and the other staff there were helpful right away, they had her look at other options and made sure she was content this time. Not only did they make sure that we were happy, they were able to lower our interest rate; (as this car was more money than the first), but they able to give us more on our trade in.
Excellent Customer Service! That is what it is all about, we recommend Enterprise on Grady Way, Renton.

On an emergency trip reserved online a car from this location with the 9.99/day weekend F-​M special.
Arrived late in the day to pick up the car. The office was crowded but the desk staff were efficient.

I was checked in by Kylie, a management trainee, for the compact car I reserved. She was efficient, conversant and pleasant in completing the rental contract and getting me going as soon as possible. Rcvd a zippy Chevy Spark.

The rental car itself ran well for the around town driving I did over the weekend.
My only possible gripe is ½ key fobs given to me was unusable. So, my advice to others is check both key fobs before leaving the rental lot. Other than that minor issue the rental could not have gone more smoothly.

The return process was equally flawless and a pleasant staff member was able to give me a ride back to where I was staying post-​return.

I will definitely be back if again in need of a rental vehicle in the greater Seattle/​Renton area.

Defiantly deserves no stars !!! Horrible service. Got the run around from them from day one. Went into the hospital and was unable to return car and they were very inconsiderate given the circumstances and the manager was no help and did not care WILL NEVER USE THERE SERVICE AGAIN

Great service and the location is easy to find.

Customer service agent was very good (don’t recall name but she was new to enterprise). Car was not cleaned very well — garbage in door pockets and on floor. Saved hundreds for weekly rental by using this location vs airport.

Because of our many years of good results with Enterprise we have developed a strong loyalty with them and have never been disappointed at any of their locations. We use this location frequently because it’s very convenient and because we always get a good deal and great service. Once in a while we get a vehicle that could be a little cleaner — I’m a little obsessive about vehicle cleanliness — otherwise this would be a five star review. But even in those cases, if you bring it to the agent’s attention, they will make it right if you want to wait, or will offer to switch vehicles.

The employees at this location are excellent, just like the personnel at all of the locations of Enterprise! The bad reviews written previously are obviously by trashy Renton people who don’t know the meaning of quality customer care.

They don’t even deserve ONE star! I rented a car from here after getting in a car accident and it was the worst experience ever!!! I left a few items in the car after a stressful return of the car and they were no where to be found. When I called to ask about it, they said I was accusing people of stealing!!! What kind if business does that!!! All of a sudden an hour later it magically appears. I called customer care, and the regional vp and NO ONE got back to me. I will NEVER rent a car from them again.

This is a fool company and a worst business that I’ve ever gone to. I would never come back to this location or even this company again. they charged me $ 1608 for 28 days after my insurance coverage already. YES! that much for 28 days!
I got into an accident a month ago and needed a car. I couldn’t contact my car insurance at first to make sure how much the rental fee they would cover for me but I know for sure I would be covered. I went to Enterprise (this location) on Saturday the 14^th and told them I wanted to rent a car until Monday the 15^th only, until I found out how much my rental insurance was. They were all happy and went through the contract with me. Trent was the guy who helped me. He suggested me to sign for a coverage fee which would cover for my rental car if anything happened to it. I rejected it right away, said I didn’t need it. He went on and on, and told me if my car insurance covered for my rental so they would pay for everything, why not take advantage of it. It made sense to me, and I’m sure everyone if you heard that you would agree too. I signed the contract and I’m 100% sure it was the only thing they ever talked to me about. Then he also said he would charge to my credit card $ 199 like a deposit until my insurance confirmed the claim number.
Two days later, I found out my insurance only covered $ 30/​day and up to 25 days only. I came back to their office to give them my claim number and told them the rental amount. They put everything in the system without explaining to me anything at all. I went home and got a phone call from them said that my claim number wasn’t confirmed from my insurance so they would keep charging on my credit card. I said it was fine because I was still working with my insurance. The amount at that time went up to $ 235.
Then my insurance confirmed the payment, I went there the 3^rd time to make sure they understood my insurance only paid $ 30/​day. Another guy talked to me and said «The car is actually less than $ 30 plus taxes and everything should be about that». So I completely believed in them and went home. However, I saw my credit card kept getting charged up to $ 575. I went back there and asked them why. They said that was because of the «young driver fee» which I never got informed about. I was pissed but they said it would be paid back to me by the insurance.
After 25 days, my car was not ready to pick up yet, so I needed their car longer. I came to the office to tell them my situation and I agreed to pay out of my pocket from that day until whenever my car got fixed. They calculated my fee from Wednesday the 8^th until Friday the 10^th only $ 153.
Today, Friday the 10^th I came back to them and asked for a longer rental time because my auto shop has not done with my car yet. They asked me to pay $ 1608…I was like WTF ARE YOU KIDDING ME ??? They went on and on about the contract that I signed and how they kept calling me to understand the terms in contract. And the only phone call I ever got was the one when they said my insurance had not confirm the payment, and that was all.
I spoke to two different managers and tried to explain to them t the only reason I signed the contract was because Trent — their employee who helped me at the very first day told me everything would be under my insurance coverage… and I did visit them 4 times to confirm my rental fee which is $ 30/​day and they never told me about the addition fee on there. They refused to let me talk face to face with that guy Trent and kept pointing at my signature on the contract. I was pissed off and told my family to talk to them. They did not even care to explain to my family. They just charged to my credit account which I gave them at the beginning and gave us the receipt and ignoring us for standing right at the counter.
Yes. Be careful when you guys are planning to rent any car from them or signing anything on their contract. They will fool you and make you believe in their fake customer service. Then when things happen, they just charge to your credit card and refuse to deal with anything else. This company stinks!

Total Waste of my Time! Missed my evening class to pick up a full size car at the Grady Way location. Not only did they not have the car I needed, they absolutely had NO available cars for rent. I have never encountered anything as pathetic as this. They had one Chevy Malibu available a customer checked in while we were there —
not only did it look more than 3 years old, the tires looked worn out. Never again.

This was my first time renting from this location. I usually rent in Bellevue. I took advantage of the Weekend Special. The Weekend Special simply can’t be beat when it comes to price. You might be able to get a lower price per day but then they’ll make all their money on the fees. Enterprise has some of the lowest if not the absolute lowest fees in the business. They were somewhat busy but that didn’t stop the sales rep. (Daniela) from providing a high level of customer service. I’m a Enterprise Plus Platinum Member and I felt I was treated as such. Instead of having me fill out paper form she just asked me the questions and she put it in the computer so I don’t have to fill one out again. I would’ve been in and out within 5 minutes if it wasn’t for her having to put the information in the computer. I was very satisfied with my first time experience at this location and will be back soon.
