Fernandos Quality Painting

Fernando and his crew recently painted the exterior of our house, and we are extremely happy with the value, quality, attention to detail, and the overall process. From the original estimate to the final clean up and inspection, Fernando was very easy to work with, and consistently helpful in explaining the process and keeping me in the loop about progress. I also appreciated knowing that Fernando was a local business owner with a connection to the community, and it showed in their work.
I always knew when the crew would be arriving, and when things would be wrapped up. Fernando and his crew had great questions about things I hadn’t event considered, and even suggested a few detailed touches that really make the paint job pop! We will definitely call Fernando’s Quality Painting for any of our future painting needs.

I was referred to Fernando by my tenant who moved out of my house in Issaquah. I was apprehensive about trying to manage a project from out of state but I had nothing to worry about regarding the interior paint job. I spoke with Fernando in Nov and gave him some rough color ideas for my house. While in town in December I met him to go over the samples. The ones he brought were perfect, just what I had in mind. They started work the following week. I was back in Issaquah last week to inspect all the work I’d had done and walked through the house with Fernando. The paint job was excellent and they even touched up the trim, banisters, etc. Fine attention to detail.

Got great recommendations about Fernando from a colleague so we called for an estimate for the exterior. It was so reasonable that we asked for the interior estimate as well.
Fernando and the crew did such a great job inside, with different colors for each room. They got the exact paint colors that we requested and cleaned up afterwards. We had different crew come for phase 1 and phase 2 of the interior but they were all very polite and very professional. Fernando was very easy to work with and he could be reached by phone or email.
The exterior was a bit tricky due to off and on rain. We had to postpone numerous times but finally they came out when we got some sun. We asked Fernando for his expert advise on the door — it’s hard to explain but he gave us his opinion and we went with it. And we asked about the quality of the paint and he recommended Benjamin Moore or Kelly Moore — both good quality paint. He even cleaned our gutters since it’s so high up.
He will give you the best service for a reasonable price. We already recommended him to all our friends and coworkers! We will definitely use them again in the future!

Previously had them paint exterior. Recently hired for interior.
Pros: Cheerful. Price was competitive. Showed up on first day as scheduled.
Cons: crew helped themselves to drinks in fridge w/​o asking. Paint splatters on railings, wood stairs, wood floors, needed to point out missed window casings. Waited for painter to show up as scheduled second day at noon. Called us couple hours later and said would be there day after or they could arrive around 5 and stay till at least 9. Set our plans back by 24 hours.
Busy company and might be taking on more than they can.

I can’t say enough good things about Fernando and his crew! I had to hire Fernando again at my house due to a water leak and needed all the baseboards, ceiling and walls painted. Once again he surprised me with the quality and he even got the job done in one day. The first time I hired Fernando was a few months ago when I had purchased a house in Issaquah and the entire house needed wall repair and paint. I had got multiple bids from local contractors and wanted to get one more bid. Fernando came out to the house and was very professional and was straight-​forward with the estimate and time frame. The quality and detail they put in to my home was incredible. They are my only contact for painting services and I will refer them to all of my friends and family.
