Their food is great! The only thing I am concerned about is the employees. They could be a bit more attentive but other than that, this place is definitely one of the best Asian buffets around!

The food was way below average for a buffet. I did not feel well after having dinner there. When you come in, watch those male waiters and male owner. You will see that they have typical Asian gangster tattoos. The waiters stood there with two arms across with weird look as if they were body guards. One of the worst service attitude I have seen. I do not care who they were, but I do care when my family and I go to enjoy our meals and evening, that type of services do not deserve any encouragement/tips. Rated 1 star because of the Mexican cook at the grill worked hard and was very nice to every customer.

Meh… and that’s being pretty generous. Dinner selection is the smallest I’ve seen at any similar Chinese buffet. What was there was typical meh Chinese buffet food. The restaurant overall looks run down. The bathrooms were pretty gross. The cleaning buckets and paraphernalia were right in front of the sinks. Blech! The $ 15+ for dinner was over priced in my opinion, as the food selection was small and the quality low. There are many other restaurants close by. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Went here for Thanksgiving lunch. While other buffets were charging $ 30 for the holiday, King was only charging $ 15.95. But you get what you pay for. Sushi was sub par, other dishes were okay. They did have one great dish, oysters cooked on half shell. They couldn’t refill this dish fast enough.

King Buffet in Renton is not a good place to go if you go by yourself. At first I thought I want to eat all the seafood I can eat but I realized they were not great. Everything were sooooo greasy. Veggies were over cooked and nothing I can find that would neutralize the greasy food. I lost my appetite very quick. And then the bill for one adult was $ 14.00 and my stomach was still empty. I was mad to myself and swear not to come back this place again.

HAAHAHHA. The food here was absolutely terrible. Terrible, terrible, did I mention terrible. There was absolutely nothing to eat. NOTHING. There were no crabs, no crawfish, no orange chicken. The food that they did have was not tasty at all. If this place costed $ 5 it would still be a waste of money, lord knows, I will never be coming back here. How king buffet is still in business is an absolute shock to me. Having king buffet in business is like having Donald trump become our president, gimme a break!

The first time I came here was for my sister’s birthday and the food was actually good and had really good flavor. Well last Sunday we decided to finish our lazy day with some Chinese food. We picked this buffet over the other one because the buffet down the street is so expensive(but VERY tasty). ALL of the food lacked any type of flavor, even the crab was overcooked and lacked flavor. The worst thing for me was the lack of sushi bar. They had a handful of rolls but none of them contained any raw fish. I know I know it’s not a sushi bar but c’mon at least have one decent thing to eat. The place was packed and I only had my water refilled once after asking. He was too busy talking to his friends to check on us, but however did do a good job getting rid of the plates on the table. Overall I don’t think I’ll be returning.

The food is hit or miss here. It’s mostly your average Chinese spot. The good things are the price, and the doughnuts. The rest like I said can be spotty. My sweet and sour chicken was cold and slightly undercooked in the middle. I went back to see if it had been a random accident, but no, the whole pan of chicken was dead cold. My wife loved the green beans also a plus The servers are more like watch dogs, trained to be very attentive to the empty plates, no so much to a empty glass. never asked once if I’d like a refill. I’m giving this Chinese buffet a 2 out of 5 because the problems I experienced here are those that can be addressed but the fact that they haven’t is puzzling. Bill came… and there was no fortune cookie. Wth! Will I be coming back in the future. probably not. There are much better options around the area That aren’t much more expensive… spend a few extra bucks and skip the inconsistencies. Good doughnuts.

I go there eating a meal for a family of four, thinking Ill be full for a week, come out the buffet, and had to shit it all out in 5 minutes. Then I get hungry again. Wouldn’t recommend eating here unless you’re trying to shit something out of your digestive system.

I come here for strictly three items: crab, chicken wings, and french fries. Everything else is expected of a buffet that is this cheap(not good, salad bar is a confusing disaster, eat the questionable sushi if you like being on the toilet for hrs). The crab is good, could be a little fresher, but it has a nice flavor and consistency, not rubbery at all. Chicken wings are so good! I was not expecting that! It’s nice and crispy, and moist and soft on the inside. The french fries were also surprisingly good. Buffet fries are normally thick cut and chewy, but these were thinner and had a nice flavor to it, almost like cajun fries. Stay with these three items, and you’ll enjoy your meal! :)

I’m going to be honest, I waited a day before writing this review to make sure I didn’t die. I’m happy to report I survived the night. When you walk in the place it looks clean enough and the food actually looks like you can enjoy it. I filled up a plate and decided to give it a shot. Every single dish was cold. Not slightly warm buffet food. Not sitting on a counter for a few minutes room temperature I’m talking sitting out since this morning with no heat source cold. Every bite felt like Russian Roulette but Russian Roulette where you don’t find out of if you are going to die or not for 12 hours or so. I won’t be back and can’t recommend to anyone to eat here. Its not worth it. Think of the last time you were really sick and ask yourself«Do I want to pay for that privilege?». People come here because it is dirt cheap. $ 9 for lunch isn’t worth a night of misery. This is one of those places that should have food inspectors here on a weekly basis. You have all been warned. Thank me later me you aren’t spending the entire night sick. You’re Welcome. And if you want Chinese Buffet food South Center is literally 5 minutes away and has one that won’t put your life in danger.

My yummy factor on buffets aren’t that high. And since this is a Chinese buffet my expectations are even lower. Came here during the afternoon on a Sunday. Glad to say that parking was relativity easy and the buffet wasn’t crowded. Food quality was okay. The selection is typically what you’ll find in a Chinese buffet: fried rice, chow mien, sweet & sour pork, etc. They also have sushi and a small seafood corner. For the most part, the food was warm and had some taste to it. Maybe I caught them on a good day? Maybe this place is a hit or miss??? If you are looking for cleanliness then don’t go here. In fact, avoid all Chinese/Asian low to mid range restaurants/buffets. They are never clean. So, it is no surprise that this place has some violations. If you are looking for a clean place then I suggest to go to an Asian restaurant with an American twist to it like Panda Express or PF Changs. Or maybe make the food yourself at home… at least you know the food at home is clean and«fresh». Anyways, the soy sauce on our table was hard to use. You had to keep shaking the bottle to enjoy a drip or two of the sauce. What am I? A child? Do I need childlock for soy sauce? That is just weird… I’ve never been into a Chinese restaurant/buffet with childlock soy sauce. That really tells you about their customers… damn soy sauce lovers.

This restaurant is ALLYOUCANEAT. Bring an empty stomach to this place. Large selection of foods, all the favorite Chinese foods. Large salad table, too many choices of desserts, ice cream machine. I nearly died from trying to sample everything, and there was even sushi! Price was very reasonable too. I believe you can even order take out, if you want to take it home. The service is good here as well. Keep up the good work. I would love to go there again…

The signs all over the place saying«don’t waste food» is really tacky. The floors are really dirty and gross. Usually the Mongolian grill is my favorite part about Chinese buffets but this one, whatever they put in it, was really gross. I didn’t like any of the food except for the the crab legs and the Orange slices. The price was better than what was posted on the wall, which is why I’m giving my review 2 stars. We won’t be back though.

Should’ve listened to my husband. Not the best buffet on the block. Waiter was nice and friendly, but the food was horrible! Will not eat here again. Such a waste of $ 8. That money could’ve went to a bum outside my work and I would’ve been happier. I don’t know why I ate here. I don’t even like Chinese food. Gimme a burger!!!
