Mi Trieu Chau

It has changed here. I’ve eaten here many times and I always get the same thing. I started noticing a change in the quality and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and was hoping maybe it was just a couple of off days but today really sealed the deal for me. It sucks cuz I liked their food and I didn’t mind that the friendliness of MOST of the staff is nonexistent, as long as the food is good, I am good. Overall today at this place was one of the worst dining experiences for me ever. I would rather pay $ 20 for one fortune cookie than $ 1 for a meal cooked and served here

We ate here for the second time today. My food was ok — fine but nothing special (mapo tofu). His soup — which we were also feeding to our 11 month old — was fine til he bit into a pork meatball that was clearly past being fit for human consumption. (My husband is the least picky person I know when it comes to food. He’s also eaten this sort of pork meatball roughly two thousand times in his life. He knows how they should, and shouldn’t, taste.) We informed the woman at the front & she gave an offhand «sorry» and offered to bring us something else. By then we were nearly finished and our baby was getting squirrley, so we said no, that we just wanted to be sure the bad meatballs weren’t given to anyone else. She said she’d tell the cook. And that was it. No discount on the bill, no further apology, nothing. Thankfully no food poisoning symptoms, but we won’t be back.

Maybe we came on a semi bad day, but the comparison is to Chinese noodle house in Ranch 99. Place was not busy. The server was very pleasant. We ordered the egg noodle soup and wide noodle soup. The only disappointing thing was the broth. It was so bland, that I actually added my own salt in it, which I have never done before. After adding in a little salt, soy sauce, and pickled peppers, the broth was quite good. But I would go back to Chinese Noodle House instead.

Came here because of the good reviews. It was very misleading.
Fried calamari had way too much msg sprinkled on it and overcooked.
My seafood combo was looking so sad, and didn’t taste much better than it look. Seriously lacking all the quality it need to be a good egg noodle soup.

Came here w family for the first time. Really liked my bbq duck noodle soup w egg noodle. My kids loved their order of chicken noodle soup. The noodle shop shares space w Go Deli. The deli is on one side, noodle place on the other.
Offers some traditional chinese dishes in addition to noodle soup. Nice to see egg noodle soup offered in Renton. Without having to drive to ranch 99 or the ID.

Brand new noddle house just grand opening yesterday. Mi dat biet and banh bot chien trung are delicious. This is the same owner at Phở 801 and the location is their old Go deli. I need to come back and try the rest of the stuffs on their menu before giving another star.
