McDonald’s

I’ve stopped coming to this location and instead going to the one off 212^th in Kent (even though it’s a longer drive and requires crossing 167) because the only time I’ve ever had them give me my correct order in the drive through on the first try is when I ordered two hash browns. They’ve forgotten to leave condiments off. They’ve forgotten to give me drinks. They’ve forgotten to give me entire happy meals.
And I’m not just some problem customer that needlessly hassles them with special requests — friends and family who have visited from out of town have had the same experiences.
This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. AVOID.

Its Mc Donalds food. Over the years the food is what you expect. Recently had a cook caterpillar in my burger. Don’t know that I will be going back anytime soon.

Always out of toys for happy meal. Once it’s ok but 3 times? They don’t seem to care and staff ok if you leave without buying anything. Crazy

I really hate that they stopped being a 24 hour location, because I hate jack in the box, and now who do I have to feed me at 3am on the way to work? Sad panda.
I’m not sure what happened between the old location and the new location, but the customer service has died down a little. Everyone used to be so friendly and upbeat, and now they’re just like little robots. It’s sad.

Always something with this mcdonalds! I came down to this mcdonalds late at night. My friend ordered some food and I just asked for some water. A basic human need. Thier sprinkling system was spraying directly into the car. Why is the sprinkler right where you place your order. We roll up to get our food and the careless employee says «we’re out of water» OUT OF WATER??? Do I have to explain how Ludacris that is? Another time I came down there when it was shamrock shake season. They did not know how to make a shamrock shake! Why!

Disappointed, after a tough exhausting day and they didn’t accept credit cards at the time. Really, really disappointed!

I have to write a bad review after going to this location… I only go there because it’s the closest to my house and my daughter likes it, food takes forever (even when not busy) too many employees doing nothing and giving incomplete orders ALL the time, it is ridiculous. If place gets busy there is no where to sit and the little stools are too uncomfortable to sit for more than five minutes, menu changed for the worse! And the new location is well TERRIBLE, traffic is worst on this side of 108^th. Something needs to be done to improve it! Hire competent people!

One star is giving this place too much credit!!! I decided to get 3 ice coffees for my family so I walked in to order. There were 2 very nice older folks standing in front of me waiting so I was patient to let them go first. After about 3 or 4 minutes I ask politely if anyone was helping them and they said no. They had been waiting for a while also. We looked around and no one came to the counter to take their order or mine.
Suddenly an very unprofessional person in non-McDonald’s attire gets up from the seats behind us a leisurely strolls over to the ice cream machine and helps herself to a cone of vanilla ice cream. As shes strolling over to the ice cream machine she looks over at the 2 older folks and me give a crappy sly smile «WTH» gets her cone and returns to her seat. She was dressed in her street clothes not a uniform and apparently freeloading from the store. Who know her street attires hygiene?
I left immediately after that and went to Jack-​in-​the Box for ice coffees. They had excellent customer service and the guy even had a cast on his hand.
This place is a beautiful building but this is my second bad encounter. FIRE THEM ALL AND GET PEOPLE THAT KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DON’T HAVE BAD ATTITUDES.

Who is in charge???

One of the WORST Mcdonald’s and WORST Area’s i’ve ever lived in. They recently remodeled and the place looks good and all but its about the quality too and not just how nice a place looks. You can’t cover up shit with sprinkles and gummy bears, its whats on the inside that counts. The staff memebers are incompetent and rude. I don’t know where they find these guys. The drive thru takes forever even tho there are only 2 – 3 people ahead of you. They’ve forgotten fries 3x before and gave us the wrong order once. Things aren’t always working inside either. Ice cream machine breaks, smoothie machine isn’t working right. Something is going wrong. I swear its not just me having this bad luck every time i’m here. The other thing i don’t like about this location is the neighborhood. I’ve seen bad things going on over here and there was a fight in the mcdonald’s parking lot a year ago. This is a family restaurant not a bar! Nope nope nope! I won’t be coming back to this place anytime soon!

I mean, it’s McDonald’s! You basically know what you’re getting in terms of food, and everything I’ve eaten here has been just fine.
Everyone at this location has been super friendly when I’ve come, and the interior is spotless. Favorite McDonald’s in Renton for sure!

I’ve never wrote a bad review anywhere about anybody. This place is as bad a joint as I’ve ever been in. The building is beautiful and excessible, but what good is that if the people who work there can’t get orders right. As I stood there with my excited just dismissed from school 7 year old waiting for a very complicated cheeseburger, fries and a chocolate milk, I watched as every other order was brought back because they were wrong. My ticket was 319. My kid and I were literally the only people ordering when we arrived. After a few minutes a few more families came in after school. They placed their orders, got their food after corrected errors and went on with their meals. After 15 minutes it was clear that the complicated cheeseburger, fries and milk wasn’t coming. I had an order with a ticket. How it got… screwed up I’ll never know. So, I ask for a refund. The young lady looks apologetic as she gets her manager. This guy says «ticket». I comply. He says, «swipe». I comply. He says «it should credit in 24 hours.» and walks. The people behind me are floored. Listen, if you work with the public «I’m sorry» will fix a hell of a lot. Anything that says «hey my bad». So, I go across the street to Wendy’s at the Benson Hill shopping center where Shari’s use to be and ordered the same thing, which I recieved in about 60 seconds. The Wendy’s staff were polite and smiling. Nothing special about the food at Wendy’s just way better service and the manager has manners. I promise you that me and little man won’t be back to McDonalds. We’ll hit up Wendy’s with better service and a smile.

OK. So the NEW McDonald’s has opened (as of a month ago) at the new location down 108^th (Benson) on the north side of Carr Rd.
Apparently, they brought their old crew of incompetent folks to the new location because they STILL can’t get an order right.
Example #1: I ordered a plain biscuit and a Diet Coke one morning in the drive through. Got halfway down Benson, and opened my «biscuit» only to find a bare SAUSAGE PATTY with my fingers.
Example #2: Ordered an Sausage McMuffin with Egg in the drive through. The sleepy-​eyed gal hands me a bag containing obviously much more than that. I tell her what I ordered… and she just stared at me like I was from another planet. OK. Screw it. I’m obviously getting what the guy behind me ordered, which was a lot more than what I ordered… so I took off with two sandwiches and some hash browns. Thought I had «scored» until I took one bite of the ‘browns, which tasted like dishwater and old leather sandals. Serves me right, I guess.
And, I’m sorry. I’m sure she’s a very nice lady, and needs the job, but must they have someone with rotting candy-​corn teeth be the first human being (other than my spouse) I have to face at 6:30 in the morning?
I’m NOT lovin’ it. One star for giving me a creative outlet.

Horrible horrible horrible location
Just opened and the ice cream machine is broken already???

Came here tonight to check out the new digs. The drive thru was brightly lit and both lanes were empty (Woot Woot). Staff was super helpful albeit sad that the old location is closed. Historic monument. :(I loved the multiple windows for faster service. Everything was tasty!
