Tobie saved my Daughters wedding! Our original caterer bailed at the last minute and he put together an amazing menu with just about two weeks notice.
On site he and his staff were helpful, professional and setup a great food table. The hostess was very knowledgable about weddings and was very involved in helping make sure our event was memorable. She went way above and beyond what we expected from a catering staff.
The guests raved about the food; everything was absolutely perfect.
I highly recommend Parsnips and Tobie. We will definitely be using them for our next event.

OMGosh!!! We bought a Livinh Social coupon for Thanksgiving dinner because I can no longer cook due to health issues. I wasn’t expecting it to be all that great honestly, but I had to have something for my family. Boy was I ever wrong. The food was fabulous!!! Every last bit of it. We had turkey, garlic mash potatoes and gravy, dressing, sweet potato casserole and roasted root veggies. It was all 100% homemade, and you can taste the love!!! The apple pie for dessert was a work of art. 100% homemade — no canned filling or pre-​made crust here. I just bought a coupon for Christmas dinner and I would highly, highly recommend this place!!! What a nice find!!!

We hired Tobie to cater our wedding, and he was an absolute success. He was communicative from the very beginning. First we talked on the phone about what types of food we wanted, then, we met at his kitchen in Renton for a tasting. We chose the things we liked best for the menu. A few days before the wedding Tobie was in contact with us to confirm timing of the food. He arrived on schedule and served up an amazing meal. People came up to me all evening complimenting the food, which made us VERY happy. The food was fresh and tasted absolutely delightful. He stayed until people finished eating then he even made us a plate to go, which I really appreciated since we hadn’t had a chance to eat much during the event.
There were plenty of other things to worry about, it was nice not to have to worry about food. I highly recommend Parsnips. Thanks Tobie!

We had Parsnips cater our rehearsal dinner and everything was a big hit! We had a pretty limited budget and Tobie really worked with us to produce a great menu with tasty options (NOT cheap pasta dishes but chicken in a chai sauce and stuffed portobellos!). He was great to work with and we would highly recommend having your event catered by Parsnips!
